ਜੈ ਜੈ ਕਾਰੁ ਜਗਤ ਮਹਿ ਸਫਲ ਜਾ ਕੀ ਸੇਵ ॥੧॥
jai jai kaar jagat meh safal jaa kee sayv. ||1||
God is hailed all over the world; His devotional worship is fruitful. ||1||
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ-ਭਗਤੀ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੋਭਾ ਪਈ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਊਚ ਅਪਾਰ ਅਗਨਤ ਹਰਿ ਸਭਿ ਜੀਅ ਜਿਸੁ ਹਾਥਿ ॥
ooch apaar agnat har sabh jee-a jis haath.
God who is the highest of the high, infinite, has unaccountable virtues and under whose control are all the living beings,
ਜੇਹੜਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ (ਸਭ ਤੋਂ) ਉੱਚਾ ਹੈ, ਬੇਅੰਤ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਿਣੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ, ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਜੀਵ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਵੱਸ ਵਿਚ ਹਨ l
ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸਰਣਾਗਤੀ ਜਤ ਕਤ ਮੇਰੈ ਸਾਥਿ ॥੨॥੧੦॥੭੪॥
naanak parabh sarnaagatee jat kat mayrai saath. ||2||10||74||
O’ Nanak, I have entered the refuge of that God; He is with me everywhere. ||2||10||74||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਮੈੰ ਸਰਨ ਲਈ ਹੈ. ਓਹ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਗ-ਸੰਗ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੧੦॥੭੪॥

Raag Bilaaval, Fifth Guru:
ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਆਰਾਧਿਆ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਰਪਾਲ ॥
gur pooraa aaraaDhi-aa ho-ay kirpaal.
O’ my friend, one on whom God becomes gracious, he follows the perfect Guru’s teachings.
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਹੋਏ, ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ.
ਮਾਰਗੁ ਸੰਤਿ ਬਤਾਇਆ ਤੂਟੇ ਜਮ ਜਾਲ ॥੧॥
maarag sant bataa-i-aa tootay jam jaal. ||1||
The Guru shows him the righteous way of life, and all his worldly bonds leading to the spiritual deteroration are snapped. ||1||
ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਦੱਸ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਫਾਹੀਆਂ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਈਆਂ ॥੧॥
ਦੂਖ ਭੂਖ ਸੰਸਾ ਮਿਟਿਆ ਗਾਵਤ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਨਾਮ ॥
dookh bhookh sansaa miti-aa gaavat parabh naam.
All sorrows, yearnings for worldly desires and and skepticism are dispelled by singing the praises of God’s Name;
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਜੱਸ ਗਾਇਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੁੱਖ, ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਭੁੱਖਾਂ, ਸਾਰੇ ਸਹਿਮ ਮਿਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ;
ਸਹਜ ਸੂਖ ਆਨੰਦ ਰਸ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਭਿ ਕਾਮ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
sahj sookh aanand ras pooran sabh kaam. ||1|| rahaa-o.
one is blessed with spiritual poise and bliss, and all his affairs are perfectly resolved. ||1||Pause||
ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਦੇ ਸੁਖ ਆਨੰਦ ਸੁਆਦ (ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ)। ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਜਲਨਿ ਬੁਝੀ ਸੀਤਲ ਭਏ ਰਾਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਆਪ ॥
jalan bujhee seetal bha-ay raakhay parabh aap.
The fire of worldly desires and vices is quenched, and he became calm; God Himself protected him from spiritual deterioration.
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਆਪ (ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜਮ ਜਾਲ ਤੋਂ) ਰਾਖੀ ਕੀਤੀ (ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ) ਸੜਨ ਮਿਟ ਗਈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਠੰਢਾ-ਠਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸਰਣਾਗਤੀ ਜਾ ਕਾ ਵਡ ਪਰਤਾਪ ॥੨॥੧੧॥੭੫॥
naanak parabh sarnaagatee jaa kaa vad partaap. ||2||11||75||
O’ Nanak, remain in the refuge of that God whose glory is so great. ||2||11||75||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵਿਚ ਇਤਨੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਹੈ ਤੂੰ ਭੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪਿਆ ਰਹੁ ॥੨॥੧੧॥੭੫॥

Raag Bilaaval, Fifth Guru:
ਧਰਤਿ ਸੁਹਾਵੀ ਸਫਲ ਥਾਨੁ ਪੂਰਨ ਭਏ ਕਾਮ ॥
Dharat suhaavee safal thaan pooran bha-ay kaam.
The body of that person becomes embellished, his heart becomes immaculate, all his tasks are accomplished,
ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਸਰੀਰ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਹਿਰਦਾ-ਥਾਂ ਸੁਲੱਖਣਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਸਿਰੇ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ,
ਭਉ ਨਾਠਾ ਭ੍ਰਮੁ ਮਿਟਿ ਗਇਆ ਰਵਿਆ ਨਿਤ ਰਾਮ ॥੧॥
bha-o naathaa bharam mit ga-i-aa ravi-aa nit raam. ||1||
all his dread and doubt is dispelled, who always lovingly remembers God. ||1||
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਟਕਣਾ ਮਿਟ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੇਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਸਾਧ ਜਨਾ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ਬਸਤ ਸੁਖ ਸਹਜ ਬਿਸ੍ਰਾਮ ॥
saaDh janaa kai sang basat sukh sahj bisraam.
By dwelling with the saintly people, one finds peace, poise and tranquility.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕੇ ਰਿਹਾਂ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਮਨ ਨੂੰ) ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਸਾਈ ਘੜੀ ਸੁਲਖਣੀ ਸਿਮਰਤ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
saa-ee gharhee sulakh-nee simrat har naam. ||1|| rahaa-o.
That moment is auspicious, when one remembers God’s Name. ||1||Pause||
ਉਹ ਘੜੀ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ; ਜਦੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਭਏ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਮਹਿ ਫਿਰਤੇ ਪਹਨਾਮ ॥
pargat bha-ay sansaar meh firtay pehnaam.
Those who used to wander around unknown, became famous in the world by meditating on God’s Name.
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਜਾਣਦਾ-ਸਿੰਞਾਣਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ( ਸਿਮਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤਿ ਨਾਲ) ਉਹ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਮਣੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਨਾਨਕ ਤਿਸੁ ਸਰਣਾਗਤੀ ਘਟ ਘਟ ਸਭ ਜਾਨ ॥੨॥੧੨॥੭੬॥
naanak tis sarnaagatee ghat ghat sabh jaan. ||2||12||76||
O’ Nanak, we should remain in the refuge of that God who is omniscient. ||2||12||76||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਦਾ ਸਰਨ ਪਏ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੇਹੜਾ ਹਰੇਕ ਜੀਵ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਦੀ ਹਰੇਕ ਗੱਲ ਜਾਣਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੧੨॥੭੬॥

Raag Bilaaval, Fifth Guru:
ਰੋਗੁ ਮਿਟਾਇਆ ਆਪਿ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਉਪਜਿਆ ਸੁਖੁ ਸਾਂਤਿ ॥
rog mitaa-i-aa aap parabh upji-aa sukh saaNt.
God Himself has cured the illness; peace and tranquility have welled up.
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ (ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਦਾ) ਰੋਗ ਦੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, (ਉਸੇ ਦੀ ਮੇਹਰ ਨਾਲ) ਸੁਖ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ।
ਵਡ ਪਰਤਾਪੁ ਅਚਰਜ ਰੂਪੁ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੀ ਦਾਤਿ ॥੧॥
vad partaap achraj roop har keenHee daat. ||1||
That wondrous God of great glory has bestowed (upon me) this blessing. ||1||
ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਵੱਡੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਅਚਰਜ ਸਰੂਪ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸੇ ਨੇ ਹੀ (ਮੇਰੇ ਉਤੇ) ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਗੁਰਿ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰੀ ਰਾਖਿਆ ਮੇਰਾ ਭਾਈ ॥
gur govind kirpaa karee raakhi-aa mayraa bhaa-ee.
The divine-Guru has bestowed mercy and has saved my beloved.
ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੇ (ਹੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ) ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਨੂੰ (ਹੱਥ ਦੇ ਕੇ) ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਹਮ ਤਿਸ ਕੀ ਸਰਣਾਗਤੀ ਜੋ ਸਦਾ ਸਹਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ham tis kee sarnaagatee jo sadaa sahaa-ee. ||1|| rahaa-o.
I remain in the refuge of that God who is always helpful. ||1||Pause||
ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਆਸਰਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸਦਾ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਬਿਰਥੀ ਕਦੇ ਨ ਹੋਵਈ ਜਨ ਕੀ ਅਰਦਾਸਿ ॥
birthee kaday na hova-ee jan kee ardaas.
The prayer of a devotee of God never goes in vain.
ਸੇਵਕ ਦੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੋਈ ਕਦੇ ਖ਼ਾਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ ।
ਨਾਨਕ ਜੋਰੁ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਕਾ ਪੂਰਨ ਗੁਣਤਾਸਿ ॥੨॥੧੩॥੭੭॥
naanak jor govind kaa pooran guntaas. ||2||13||77||
O’ Nanak, I lean on the support of that God who is the perfect treasure of all virtues. ||2||13||77||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਹੈ, ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੧੩॥੭੭॥

Raag Bilaaval, Fifth Guru:
ਮਰਿ ਮਰਿ ਜਨਮੇ ਜਿਨ ਬਿਸਰਿਆ ਜੀਵਨ ਕਾ ਦਾਤਾ ॥
mar mar janmay jin bisri-aa jeevan kaa daataa.
Those who forget God, the giver of life, they spiritually deteriorate and keep going in the rounds of birth and death.
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਭੁੱਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਸਹੇੜ ਕੇ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿਚ ਪਏ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਜਨਿ ਸੇਵਿਆ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਾਤਾ ॥੧॥
paarbarahm jan sayvi-aa an-din rang raataa. ||1||
But the devotee always remembers God and remains imbued with His love. ||1||
ਪਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ਹੈ,ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ) ਪ੍ਰੇਮ-ਰੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਰੰਗਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਸਾਂਤਿ ਸਹਜੁ ਆਨਦੁ ਘਨਾ ਪੂਰਨ ਭਈ ਆਸ ॥
saaNt sahj aanad ghanaa pooran bha-ee aas.
God’s devotee enjoys tranquility, spiritual poise and great ecstasy and all his hopes are fulfilled;
ਸੇਵਕ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ, ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਆਨੰਦ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹਰੇਕ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਸਿਮਰਤ ਗੁਣਤਾਸ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
sukh paa-i-aa har saaDhsang simrat guntaas. ||1|| rahaa-o.
he receives celestial peace by remembering God, the treasure of virtues, in the company of saintly people. ||1||Pause||
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਹਰੀ (ਦਾ ਨਾਮ) ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਸਿਮਰਦਿਆਂ (ਸਦਾ) ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਸੁਣਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਅਰਦਾਸਿ ਜਨ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ॥
sun su-aamee ardaas jan tumH antarjaamee.
O’ God, You are omniscient, please listen to the supplication of Your devotee.
ਹੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ! ਤੂੰ ਹਰੇਕ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ (ਆਪਣੇ) ਸੇਵਕ ਦੀ ਅਰਦਾਸ (ਸਦਾ) ਸੁਣਦਾ ਹੈਂ।
ਥਾਨ ਥਨੰਤਰਿ ਰਵਿ ਰਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਕੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ॥੨॥੧੪॥੭੮॥
thaan thanantar rav rahay naanak kay su-aamee. ||2||14||78||
O’ the Master of Nanak, You are pervading all space and interspaces. ||2||14||78||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ! ਤੂੰ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੨॥੧੪॥੭੮॥

Raag Bilaaval, Fifth Guru:
ਤਾਤੀ ਵਾਉ ਨ ਲਗਈ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਸਰਣਾਈ ॥
taatee vaa-o na lag-ee paarbarahm sarnaa-ee.
None of the afflictions affect those who are in the supreme God’s refuge.
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪਿਆਂ (ਵਿਆਧੀਆਂ ਦਾ) ਸੇਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ।
ਚਉਗਿਰਦ ਹਮਾਰੈ ਰਾਮ ਕਾਰ ਦੁਖੁ ਲਗੈ ਨ ਭਾਈ ॥੧॥
cha-ugirad hamaarai raam kaar dukh lagai na bhaa-ee. ||1||
O’ brother, God’s Name is the circle of protection around us, where no misery can afflict us. ||1||
ਅਸਾਂ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ (ਮਾਨੋ) ਇਕ ਲਕੀਰ ਹੈ (ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤਿ ਨਾਲ) ਕੋਈ ਦੁੱਖ ਪੋਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ ॥੧॥
ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਭੇਟਿਆ ਜਿਨਿ ਬਣਤ ਬਣਾਈ ॥
satgur pooraa bhayti-aa jin banat banaa-ee.
When one meets and follows the teachings of that perfect true Guru who has arranged all this,
ਉਹ ਪੂਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵਿਓਂਤ ਬਣਾ ਰੱਖੀ ਹੈ,
ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਉਖਧੁ ਦੀਆ ਏਕਾ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
raam naam a-ukhaDh dee-aa aykaa liv laa-ee. ||1|| rahaa-o.
then the Guru blesses him with the medicine of God’s Name and he remains attuned to God. ||1||Pause||
(ਤਾਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ-ਦਵਾਈ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸਦਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਰਤ ਜੋੜੀ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਰਾਖਿ ਲੀਏ ਤਿਨਿ ਰਖਨਹਾਰਿ ਸਭ ਬਿਆਧਿ ਮਿਟਾਈ ॥
raakh lee-ay tin rakhanhaar sabh bi-aaDh mitaa-ee.
God, the savior, saved him and eradicated all his affliction.
ਰੱਖਣਹਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ,ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਹਰੇਕ ਰੋਗ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਭਈ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਭਏ ਸਹਾਈ ॥੨॥੧੫॥੭੯॥
kaho naanak kirpaa bha-ee parabh bha-ay sahaa-ee. ||2||15||79||
Nanak says that God has become merciful upon him and has become his helper. ||2||15||79||
ਨਾਨਕ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ- ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਮਦਦਗਾਰ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ॥੨॥੧੫॥੭੯॥

ਅਪਣੇ ਬਾਲਕ ਆਪਿ ਰਖਿਅਨੁ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ॥

The supreme God Himself is the divine Guru; He Himself has saved us, His children.
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੇ,ਸਾਨੂੰ, ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਸੁਖ ਸਾਂਤਿ ਸਹਜ ਆਨਦ ਭਏ ਪੂਰਨ ਭਈ ਸੇਵ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
sukh saaNt sahj aanad bha-ay pooran bha-ee sayv. ||1|| rahaa-o.
Our devotional worship has been accomplished; happiness, tranquility, spiritual poise and bliss have welled up in our mind. ||1||Pause||
ਸਾਡੀ ਟਹਿਲ-ਸੇਵਾ ਸਫਲ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਸਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ, ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਦੇ ਸੁਖ ਆਨੰਦ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
