Raag Sorath, Fifth Guru:
ਦੁਰਤੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਆਪੇ ਸਭੁ ਸੰਸਾਰੁ ਉਬਾਰਿਆ ॥
durat gavaa-i-aa har parabh aapay sabh sansaar ubaari-aa.
On His own God eradicated the sins and saved the entire world from vices.
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਹਾਨ ਦੇ ਪਾਪ ਨਵਿਰਤ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ।
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮਿ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਧਾਰੀ ਅਪਣਾ ਬਿਰਦੁ ਸਮਾਰਿਆ ॥੧॥
paarbarahm parabh kirpaa Dhaaree apnaa birad samaari-aa. ||1||
The Supreme God bestowed mercy and upheld His innate nature. ||1||
ਪਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਧਰਮ ਨਿਭਾਇਆ ॥੧॥
ਹੋਈ ਰਾਜੇ ਰਾਮ ਕੀ ਰਖਵਾਲੀ ॥
ho-ee raajay raam kee rakhvaalee.
God, the sovereign king has provided protection to His beings,
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹ ਵਲੋਂ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਖਵਾਲੀ ਹੋਈ ,
ਸੂਖ ਸਹਜ ਆਨਦ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਹੁ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਦੇਹ ਸੁਖਾਲੀ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
sookh sahj aanad gun gaavhu man tan dayh sukhaalee. rahaa-o.
therefore, sing praises of God with peace, equipoise and joy; your mind, body, and soul would become comfortable. ||Pause||
ਆਰਾਮ, ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ ਗਾਇਨ ਕਰੋ, ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਮਨ ਤਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਹ ਸੁਖੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਣਗੇ ॥ਰਹਾਉ॥
ਪਤਿਤ ਉਧਾਰਣੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਮੋਹਿ ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਭਰਵਾਸਾ ॥
patit uDhaaran satgur mayraa mohi tis kaa bharvaasaa.
My true Guru is the savior of sinners; I also have his support.
ਮੇਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਵਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ (ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ) ਬਚਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਉਸ ਦਾ (ਹੀ) ਸਹਾਰਾ ਹੈ।
ਬਖਸਿ ਲਏ ਸਭਿ ਸਚੈ ਸਾਹਿਬਿ ਸੁਣਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਕੀ ਅਰਦਾਸਾ ॥੨॥੧੭॥੪੫॥
bakhas la-ay sabh sachai saahib sun naanak kee ardaasaa. ||2||17||45||
Listening to the prayer of Nanak, the eternal God has forgiven the sins of everyone. ||2||17||45||
ਨਾਨਕ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਸ੍ਰਵਣ ਕਰ ਕੇ, ਸੱਚੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਲਏ ਹਨ ॥੨॥੧੭॥੪੫॥

Raag Sorath, Fifth Guru:
ਬਖਸਿਆ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪਰਮੇਸਰਿ ਸਗਲੇ ਰੋਗ ਬਿਦਾਰੇ ॥
bakhsi-aa paarbarahm parmaysar saglay rog bidaaray.
The all-pervading Supreme God dispelled all the maladies of the one, on whom He became gracious.
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਨੇ ਜਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੋਗ ਉਸਨੇ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
ਗੁਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀ ਸਰਣੀ ਉਬਰੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸਗਲ ਸਵਾਰੇ ॥੧॥
gur pooray kee sarnee ubray kaaraj sagal savaaray. ||1||
Those who come to the perfect Guru’s refuge are saved from sufferings; the Guru successfully accomplishes all their tasks. ||1||
ਜੇਹੜੇ ਭੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ-ਕਲੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਗੁਰੂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਸਵਾਰ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਹਰਿ ਜਨਿ ਸਿਮਰਿਆ ਨਾਮ ਅਧਾਰਿ ॥
har jan simri-aa naam aDhaar.
The devotee of God who meditated on Naam and made Naam as his support,
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਜਿਸ ਸੇਵਕ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਿਆ, ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਆਸਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਤੋਰਿਆ,
ਤਾਪੁ ਉਤਾਰਿਆ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਪੂਰੈ ਅਪਣੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਧਾਰਿ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
taap utaari-aa satgur poorai apnee kirpaa Dhaar. rahaa-o.
bestowing mercy, the true Guru dispelled all his afflictions. ||Pause||
ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਤਾਪ ਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ ॥ਰਹਾਉ॥
ਸਦਾ ਅਨੰਦ ਕਰਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਗੋਵਿਦੁ ਗੁਰਿ ਰਾਖਿਆ ॥
sadaa anand karah mayray pi-aaray har govid gur raakhi-aa.
O’ my beloved friends, the Guru has saved Hargobind and we are forever enjoying the state of bliss.
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ (ਭਾਈ) ਅਸੀਂ (ਭੀ) ਸਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਹਰਿ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ (ਹੀ ਤਾਪ ਤੋਂ) ਬਚਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਵਡੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਰਤੇ ਕੀ ਸਾਚੁ ਸਬਦੁ ਸਤਿ ਭਾਖਿਆ ॥੨॥੧੮॥੪੬॥
vadee vadi-aa-ee naanak kartay kee saach sabad sat bhaakhi-aa. ||2||18||46||
O’ Nanak, great is the glory of the Creator; the Guru has imparted this teaching that we should always utter the divine word of God’s praises. ||2||18||46||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਵੱਡੀ ਹੈ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ , ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਸਦਾ-ਥਿਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਹੀ ਉਚਾਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੧੮॥੪੬॥

Raag Sorath, Fifth Guru:
ਭਏ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਤਿਤੁ ਸਾਚੈ ਦਰਬਾਰਿ ॥
bha-ay kirpaal su-aamee mayray tit saachai darbaar.
That person, on whom my Master-God bestows mercy, is acknowledged in the presence of God.
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਸ ਸਦਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਤਾਪੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ ਭਾਈ ਠਾਂਢਿ ਪਈ ਸੰਸਾਰਿ ॥
satgur taap gavaa-i-aa bhaa-ee thaaNdh pa-ee sansaar.
O’ my brother, the true Guru has dispelled all the afflictions and peace has prevailed in the entire world.
ਹੇ ਵੀਰ! ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਾਪ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਹਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੰਢ-ਚੈਨ ਵਰਤ ਗਈ ਹੈ l
ਅਪਣੇ ਜੀਅ ਜੰਤ ਆਪੇ ਰਾਖੇ ਜਮਹਿ ਕੀਓ ਹਟਤਾਰਿ ॥੧॥
apnay jee-a jant aapay raakhay jameh kee-o hattaar. ||1||
God Himself protects His devotees from spiritual death, and thus the demons of death are rendered ineffective. ||1||
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦੀ (ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ) ਰਾਖੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੀ (ਜਮ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪਾਣ ਦਾ ਜਤਨ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ) ॥੧॥
ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਚਰਣ ਰਿਦੈ ਉਰਿ ਧਾਰਿ ॥
har kay charan ridai ur Dhaar.
O’ brother, enshrine God’s Love in your heart,
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਚਰਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕਾਈ ਰੱਖ।
ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸਿਮਰੀਐ ਭਾਈ ਦੁਖ ਕਿਲਬਿਖ ਕਾਟਣਹਾਰੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
sadaa sadaa parabh simree-ai bhaa-ee dukh kilbikh kaatanhaar. ||1|| rahaa-o.
and we should meditate on God forever and ever; He is the dispeller of sufferings and sins. ||1||Pause||
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਹੀ ਸਿਮਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਤਿਸ ਕੀ ਸਰਣੀ ਊਬਰੈ ਭਾਈ ਜਿਨਿ ਰਚਿਆ ਸਭੁ ਕੋਇ ॥
tis kee sarnee oobrai bhaa-ee jin rachi-aa sabh ko-ay.
O’ brothers, anyone who seeks the shelter of God, who has created everybody, is liberated from vices.
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਿਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਜੀਵ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ (ਜੇਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ) ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ (ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਤੋਂ) ਬਚ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਕਰਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਸਮਰਥੁ ਸੋ ਭਾਈ ਸਚੈ ਸਚੀ ਸੋਇ ॥
karan kaaran samrath so bhaa-ee sachai sachee so-ay.
O’ brothers, He is so powerful, that He is the cause and doer of everything; eternal is the glory of the eternal God.
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ ਹੈ, ਸਭ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈ, ਸਦਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸੋਭਾ ਭੀ ਸਦਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ।
ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਧਿਆਈਐ ਭਾਈ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਸੀਤਲੁ ਹੋਇ ॥੨॥੧੯॥੪੭॥
naanak parabhoo Dhi-aa-ee-ai bhaa-ee man tan seetal ho-ay. ||2||19||47||
Nanak says, O’ brothers, we should meditate on God, by doing so our mind and body feel comforted. ||2||19||47||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਆਖ-) ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਸਿਮਰਨ ਨਾਲ) ਮਨ, ਤਨ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੧੯॥੪੭॥

Raag Sorath, Fifth Guru:
ਸੰਤਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਈ ॥
santahu har har naam Dhi-aa-ee.
O’ saints, bless me so that I may keep meditating on God’s Name.
ਹੇ ਸੰਤ ਜਨੋ! (ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰੋ ਕਿ) ਮੈਂ ਸਦਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ਰਹਾਂ।
ਸੁਖ ਸਾਗਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਵਿਸਰਉ ਨਾਹੀ ਮਨ ਚਿੰਦਿਅੜਾ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
sukh saagar parabh visra-o naahee man chindi-arhaa fal paa-ee. ||1|| rahaa-o.
I may never forget God, the ocean of peace; and thus I may keep receiving the fruit of my heart’s desire. ||1||Pause||
ਸੁਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਨਾਹ ਭੁੱਲੇ, ਮੈਂ (ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦਰ ਤੋਂ) ਮਨ-ਇੱਛਤ ਫਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹਾਂ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਪੂਰੈ ਤਾਪੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ ਅਪਣੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਧਾਰੀ ॥
satgur poorai taap gavaa-i-aa apnee kirpaa Dhaaree.
By showing His mercy, the Perfect Guru has cured the fever of child (Hargobind).
ਹੇ ਸੰਤ ਜਨੋ! ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ,(ਬਾਲਕ ਹਰਿ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਦਾ) ਤਾਪ ਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਭਏ ਦਇਆਲਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਮਿਟਿਆ ਸਭ ਪਰਵਾਰੀ ॥੧॥
paarbarahm parabh bha-ay da-i-aalaa dukh miti-aa sabh parvaaree. ||1||
The Supreme God has become merciful and the suffering of the entire family has ended. ||1||
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਸਾਰੇ ਪਰਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਮਿਟ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਸਰਬ ਨਿਧਾਨ ਮੰਗਲ ਰਸ ਰੂਪਾ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਧਾਰੋ ॥
sarab niDhaan mangal ras roopaa har kaa naam aDhaaro.
God’s Name is our only support; it is the treasure of all joy and pleasure.
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਸਾਡਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਰਸਾਂ ਰੂਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਹੈ।
ਨਾਨਕ ਪਤਿ ਰਾਖੀ ਪਰਮੇਸਰਿ ਉਧਰਿਆ ਸਭੁ ਸੰਸਾਰੋ ॥੨॥੨੦॥੪੮॥
naanak pat raakhee parmaysar uDhri-aa sabh sansaaro. ||2||20||48||
O’ Nanak, God has preserved our honor and the entire world is saved. ||2||20||48||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਰੱਖ ਲਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਹਾਨ ਦਾ ਪਾਰ ਉਤਾਰਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੨੦॥੪੮॥

ਮੇਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਰਖਵਾਲਾ ਹੋਆ ॥
mayraa satgur rakhvaalaa ho-aa.
My true Guru has become the savior;
ਮੇਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ (ਮੇਰਾ) ਸਹਾਈ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੈ,
ਧਾਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਹਾਥ ਦੇ ਰਾਖਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਗੋਵਿਦੁ ਨਵਾ ਨਿਰੋਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Dhaar kirpaa parabh haath day raakhi-aa hargobind navaa niro-aa. ||1|| rahaa-o.
by showing His mercy and extending His support, God has saved Hargovind; now he is completely healthy. ||1||Pause||
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਆਪਣੇ) ਹੱਥ ਦੇ ਕੇ (ਬਾਲਕ ਹਰਿ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਨੂੰ) ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, (ਹੁਣ ਬਾਲਕ) ਹਰਿ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਰਾਜ਼ੀ-ਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਤਾਪੁ ਗਇਆ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਆਪਿ ਮਿਟਾਇਆ ਜਨ ਕੀ ਲਾਜ ਰਖਾਈ ॥
taap ga-i-aa parabh aap mitaa-i-aa jan kee laaj rakhaa-ee.
The fever is gone, God has Himself banished it and preserved the honor of His devotee.
ਬਾਲਕ ਹਰਿ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਦਾ) ਤਾਪ ਲਹਿ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਆਪ ਉਤਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਰੱਖ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਫਲ ਪਾਏ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਬਲਿ ਜਾਂਈ ॥੧॥
saaDhsangat tay sabh fal paa-ay satgur kai bal jaaN-ee. ||1||
I have received all the blessings from the Guru’s company; I am dedicated to The true Guru. ||1||
ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ॥੧॥
ਹਲਤੁ ਪਲਤੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਦੋਵੈ ਸਵਾਰੇ ਹਮਰਾ ਗੁਣੁ ਅਵਗੁਣੁ ਨ ਬੀਚਾਰਿਆ ॥
halat palat parabh dovai savaaray hamraa gun avgun na beechaari-aa.
God did not take into account my virtues or vices, instead He redeemed me both here and hereafter.
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂ ਲੋਕ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਲੋਕ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰਖਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਨੇਕੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਬਦੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਖਿਆਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ।
