ਦਇਆ ਕਰਹੁ ਕਿਰਮ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਕਉ ਇਹੈ ਮਨੋਰਥੁ ਸੁਆਉ ॥੨॥
da-i-aa karahu kiram apunay ka-o ihai manorath su-aa-o. ||2||
Please be kind on this humble servant of Yours; this alone is my desire. ||2||
ਆਪਣੇ ਇਸ ਨਾਚੀਜ਼ ਸੇਵਕ ਉਤੇ ਮੇਹਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਇਹ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ, ਮੇਰੀ ਇਹ ਲੋੜ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰ ॥੨॥
ਤਨੁ ਧਨੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਤੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਹਮਰੈ ਵਸਿ ਕਿਛੁ ਨਾਹਿ ॥
tan Dhan tayraa tooN parabh mayraa hamrai vas kichh naahi.
O’ God, You are my Master and this body and wealth are given by You ; there is nothing under our control.
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਇਹ ਸਰੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਧਨ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਵੱਸ ਵਿਚ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
ਜਿਉ ਜਿਉ ਰਾਖਹਿ ਤਿਉ ਤਿਉ ਰਹਣਾ ਤੇਰਾ ਦੀਆ ਖਾਹਿ ॥੩॥
ji-o ji-o raakhahi ti-o ti-o rahnaa tayraa dee-aa khaahi. ||3||
We live as You keep us and we eat whatever You give us. ||3||
ਤੂੰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਜਿਸ ਜਿਸ ਹਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਜੀਵਨ ਬਿਤਾਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹਰੇਕ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ ॥੩॥
ਜਨਮ ਜਨਮ ਕੇ ਕਿਲਵਿਖ ਕਾਟੈ ਮਜਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਧੂਰਿ ॥
janam janam kay kilvikh kaatai majan har jan Dhoor.
The sins of countless births are washed off by humbly serving God’s devotees.
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਵਿਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਜਨਮਾਂ ਜਨਮਾਂਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਪਾਪ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਭਾਇ ਭਗਤਿ ਭਰਮ ਭਉ ਨਾਸੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਦਾ ਹਜੂਰਿ ॥੪॥੪॥੧੩੯॥
bhaa-ay bhagat bharam bha-o naasai har naanak sadaa hajoor. ||4||4||139||
O’ Nanak, loving adoration of God dispels all fears and doubts and one feels living in His presence forever. ||4||4||139||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਮਈ ਭਗਤੀ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਹਰੇਕ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਵਹਮ ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਸਦਾ ਅੰਗ-ਸੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੪॥੪॥੧੩੯॥

Raag Aasaa, Fifth Guru:
ਅਗਮ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਦਰਸੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਸੋ ਪਾਏ ਜਿਸੁ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਭਾਗੁ ॥
agam agochar daras tayraa so paa-ay jis mastak bhaag.
O’ God, You are infinite and incomprehensible, only the one who is predestined can realize You and behold Your blessed vision.
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੂੰ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਿਆਨ-ਇੰਦ੍ਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਹੈਂ, ਤੇਰਾ ਦਰਸਨ ਓਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਉਤੇ ਕਿਸਮਤ ਜਾਗ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਆਪਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਧਾਰੀ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਬਖਸਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ॥੧॥
aap kirpaal kirpaa parabh Dhaaree satgur bakhsi-aa har naam. ||1||
The one on whom the merciful God bestowed His mercy, the true Guru blessed him with the gift of meditation on God’s Name ||1||
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਤੇ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਾਹ ਕੀਤੀ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਦੀ ਦਾਤਿ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੀ ॥੧॥
ਕਲਿਜੁਗੁ ਉਧਾਰਿਆ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ॥
kalijug uDhaari-aa gurdayv.
O’ the divine Guru, you have even saved the people in the present age Kalyug, the worst of all ages.
ਹੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ! ਤੂੰ (ਤਾਂ) ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ (ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਜੁਗਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਭੈੜਾ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ),
ਮਲ ਮੂਤ ਮੂੜ ਜਿ ਮੁਘਦ ਹੋਤੇ ਸਭਿ ਲਗੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਸੇਵ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
mal moot moorh je mughad hotay sabh lagay tayree sayv. ||1|| rahaa-o.
Even those fools who used to be filthy and dirty, by following your teachings are now engaged in devotional worship of God ||1||Pause||
ਜੇਹੜੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗੰਦੇ ਤੇ ਮੂਰਖ ਸਨ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਦੱਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ-ਭਗਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਏ ਹਨ) ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਤੂ ਆਪਿ ਕਰਤਾ ਸਭ ਸ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਧਰਤਾ ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਮਾਇ ॥
too aap kartaa sabh sarisat Dhartaa sabh meh rahi-aa samaa-ay.
O’ God, You Yourself are the Creator and the sustainer of the entire universe and You are pervading in all.
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਸਰਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੈਂ,
ਧਰਮ ਰਾਜਾ ਬਿਸਮਾਦੁ ਹੋਆ ਸਭ ਪਈ ਪੈਰੀ ਆਇ ॥੨॥
Dharam raajaa bismaad ho-aa sabh pa-ee pairee aa-ay. ||2||
The righteous judge of Dharma is wonder-struck at the sight of everyone paying homage to You. ||2||
ਸਾਰੀ ਲੁਕਾਈ ਤੇਰੀ ਚਰਨੀਂ ਲੱਗ ਰਹੀ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਧਰਮ ਰਾਇ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
ਸਤਜੁਗੁ ਤ੍ਰੇਤਾ ਦੁਆਪਰੁ ਭਣੀਐ ਕਲਿਜੁਗੁ ਊਤਮੋ ਜੁਗਾ ਮਾਹਿ ॥
satjug taraytaa du-aapar bhanee-ai kalijug ootmo jugaa maahi.
Satyug, Treta, and Duappar are considered superior ages but actually the Kalyug is the best.
ਸਤਿਜੁਗ ਨੂੰ, ਤ੍ਰੇਤੇ ਨੂੰ, ਦੁਆਪਰ ਨੂੰ (ਚੰਗਾ) ਜੁਗ ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ (ਪਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਦਿੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਗੋਂ) ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਸਾਰੇ ਜੁਗਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ,
ਅਹਿ ਕਰੁ ਕਰੇ ਸੁ ਅਹਿ ਕਰੁ ਪਾਏ ਕੋਈ ਨ ਪਕੜੀਐ ਕਿਸੈ ਥਾਇ ॥੩॥
ah kar karay so ah kar paa-ay ko-ee na pakrhee-ai kisai thaa-ay. ||3||
Everyone gets the reward or punishment of one’s actions; none is punished in place of another in God’s court. ||3||
ਜੇਹੜਾ ਹੱਥ ਕੋਈ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹੀ ਹੱਥ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਫ਼ਲ ਭੁਗਤਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੋਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਫੜਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ ॥੩॥
ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਸੋਈ ਕਰਹਿ ਜਿ ਭਗਤ ਤੇਰੇ ਜਾਚਹਿ ਏਹੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਬਿਰਦੁ ॥
har jee-o so-ee karahi je bhagat tayray jaacheh ayhu tayraa birad.
O’ reverend God, You only give what Your devotees beg for, because this is Your inherent disposition.
ਹੇ ਪੂਜਨੀਯ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ! ਤੂੰ ਓਹੀ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਭਗਤ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਹਨ, ਇਹ ਤੇਰਾ ਮੁਢ ਕਦੀਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਭਾਉ ਹੈ।
ਕਰ ਜੋੜਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਨੁ ਮਾਗੈ ਅਪਣਿਆ ਸੰਤਾ ਦੇਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਸੁ ॥੪॥੫॥੧੪੦॥
kar jorh naanak daan maagai apni-aa santaa deh har daras. ||4||5||140||
O’ God, With folded hands, Nanak begs from You the blessed vision of Your saints. ||4||5||140||
ਹੇ ਹਰੀ! ਨਾਨਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਹੱਥ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਦਾਨ ਮੰਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਰਸਨ ਦੇਹ ॥੪॥੫॥੧੪੦॥

One eternal God, realized by the grace of the true Guru:
ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਬਚਨ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਾਰੇ ॥ ਨਿਰਗੁਣ ਨਿਸਤਾਰੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
satgur bachan tumHaaray. nirgun nistaaray. ||1|| rahaa-o. have
O’ true Guru, countless people with no virtues have crossed over the worldly ocean of vices by following your divine words. ||1||Pause||
ਹੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ! ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨਾਂ ਨੇ, ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਗੁਣ-ਹੀਣ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਮਹਾ ਬਿਖਾਦੀ ਦੁਸਟ ਅਪਵਾਦੀ ਤੇ ਪੁਨੀਤ ਸੰਗਾਰੇ ॥੧॥
mahaa bikhaadee dusat apvaadee tay puneet sangaaray. ||1||
Even the most argumentative, vicious and indecent people have become immaculate by living in your company and by following your teachings. ||1||
ਬੜੇ ਖਰ੍ਹਵੇ ਸੁਭਾਵ, ਭੈੜੇ ਆਚਰਨ ਤੇ ਮੰਦੇ ਬੋਲ ਬੋਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਭੀ ਤੇਰੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਆਚਰਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਹਨ ॥੧॥
ਜਨਮ ਭਵੰਤੇ ਨਰਕਿ ਪੜੰਤੇ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਕੁਲ ਉਧਾਰੇ ॥੨॥
janam bhavantay narak parhantay tinH kay kul uDhaaray. ||2||
O’ true Guru, you have redeemed the entire lineages of those who had been wandering and suffering like hell through myriad of births. ||2||
ਹੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ! ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁਲਾਂ ਬਚਾ ਲਈਆਂ, ਜੇਹੜੇ ਨਰਕ ਵਿਚ ਪਏ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਜੂਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਭਟਕਦੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ॥੨॥
ਕੋਇ ਨ ਜਾਨੈ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਮਾਨੈ ਸੇ ਪਰਗਟੁ ਹਰਿ ਦੁਆਰੇ ॥੩॥
ko-ay na jaanai ko-ay na maanai say pargat har du-aaray. ||3||
O’ my true Guru, even those whom no one knew or cared for became honorable in God’s court by following your immaculate words. ||3||
ਹੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ! ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਣਦਾ-ਪਛਾਣਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਭੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਦਰ ਤੇ ਆਦਰ-ਮਾਣ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਜੋਗੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ, ॥੩॥
ਕਵਨ ਉਪਮਾ ਦੇਉ ਕਵਨ ਵਡਾਈ ਨਾਨਕ ਖਿਨੁ ਖਿਨੁ ਵਾਰੇ ॥੪॥੧॥੧੪੧॥
kavan upmaa day-o kavan vadaa-ee naanak khin khin vaaray. ||4||1||141||
O’ true Guru, what praise and what greatness should I attribute to You? Each and every moment of Nanak is dedicated to You. ||4||1||141||
ਹੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ! ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਕੀਹ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ ਕਰਾਂ? ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਕੀਹ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਕਰਾਂ? ਮੈਂ ਨਾਨਕ ਤੈਥੋਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਖਿਨ ਸਦਕੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ॥੪॥੧॥੧੪੧॥

ਬਾਵਰ ਸੋਇ ਰਹੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

People gone crazy in the love for Maya remain unaware of reality. ||1||Pause||
(ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ) ਝੱਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਗ਼ਫ਼ਲਤ ਦੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਵਿਚ) ਸੁੱਤੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਮੋਹ ਕੁਟੰਬ ਬਿਖੈ ਰਸ ਮਾਤੇ ਮਿਥਿਆ ਗਹਨ ਗਹੇ ॥੧॥
moh kutamb bikhai ras maatay mithi-aa gahan gahay. ||1||
Being engrossed in the love for their families and sensory pleasures, they hold fast to false worldly attachments. ||1||
ਉਹ ਪਰਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਆਦਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਸਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕੂੜੀਆਂ ਮੱਲਾਂ ਮੱਲਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥
ਮਿਥਨ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਸੁਪਨ ਆਨੰਦ ਉਲਾਸ ਮਨਿ ਮੁਖਿ ਸਤਿ ਕਹੇ ॥੨॥
mithan manorath supan aanand ulaas man mukh sat kahay. ||2||
False ambitions are like worldly delights and pleasures in dreams; these people believe them as permanent in their minds and also say so. ||2||
ਝੂਠੀਆਂ ਮਨੋ-ਕਾਮਨਾਂ ਜੋ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਮੌਜ-ਮੇਲਿਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਬੰਦੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਸਦਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ, ਮੂੰਹੋਂ ਭੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਪੱਕੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੨॥
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਸੰਗੇ ਤਿਲੁ ਮਰਮੁ ਨ ਲਹੇ ॥੩॥
amrit naam padaarath sangay til maram na lahay. ||3||
The wealth of the ambrosial Naam, which is within them, but they do not care to find even a tiny bit of its mystery. ||3||
ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਾਮ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਸਦਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਹਵਾ ਮਾਤ੍ਰ ਭੀ ਭੇਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਊਦੇ। ॥੩॥
ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਰਾਖੇ ਸਤਸੰਗੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਰਣਿ ਆਹੇ ॥੪॥੨॥੧੪੨॥
kar kirpaa raakhay satsangay naanak saran aahay. ||4||2||142||
O’ Nanak, only those people remain in God’s refuge, on whom He bestows His mercy and keep them in the holy congregation. ||4||2||142||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਮੇਹਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹੀ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਆਏ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੪॥੨॥੧੪੨॥

ਕਨਿਕ ਮਾਣਿਕ ਗਜ ਮੋਤੀਅਨ ਲਾਲਨ ਨਹ ਨਾਹ ਨਹੀ ॥੧॥
kanik maanik gaj motee-an laalan nah naah nahee. ||1||
I do not need gold, jewels, big pearls or diamonds, yes I do not need these. ||1||
ਸੋਨਾ, ਵੱਡੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਮੋਤੀ, ਹੀਰੇ-ਲਾਲ-ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ, ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ॥੧॥
ਰਾਜ ਨ ਭਾਗ ਨ ਹੁਕਮ ਨ ਸਾਦਨ ॥

Neither any kingdom nor worldly possessions, neither any power nor any dainty dishes,
(ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਪਿਆਰ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ) ਨਾਹ ਰਾਜ, ਨਾਹ ਧਨ-ਪਦਾਰਥ, ਨਾਹ ਹੁਕੂਮਤ ਨਾਹ ਸੁਆਦਲੇ ਖਾਣੇ,
