ਸਗਲ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਜਾ ਕੈ ਆਠ ਪਹਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਜਾਪਿ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
sagal padaarath simran jaa kai aath pahar mayray man jaap. ||1|| rahaa-o.
O’ my mind, lovingly remember God at all the time, by doing so one receives everything. ||1||Pause||.
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਜਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤਿ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅੱਠੇ ਪਹਰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਿਆ ਕਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਮੁ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਤੇਰਾ ਜੋ ਪੀਵੈ ਤਿਸ ਹੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਾਸ ॥
amrit naam su-aamee tayraa jo peevai tis hee tariptaas.
O’ my Master-God, immortalizing is the nectar of Your Name, it satiates that one who drinks it.
ਹੇ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਇਹ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ) ਪੀਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ l
ਜਨਮ ਜਨਮ ਕੇ ਕਿਲਬਿਖ ਨਾਸਹਿ ਆਗੈ ਦਰਗਹ ਹੋਇ ਖਲਾਸ ॥੧॥
janam janam kay kilbikh naaseh aagai dargeh ho-ay khalaas. ||1||
The sins of his myriads of births go away, and he is forgiven in God’s presence. ||1||
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਜਨਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪ ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਗਾਂਹ (ਤੇਰੀ) ਹਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰਖ਼ਰੋਈ ਹਾਸਲ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਸਰਨਿ ਤੁਮਾਰੀ ਆਇਓ ਕਰਤੇ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪੂਰਨ ਅਬਿਨਾਸ ॥
saran tumaaree aa-i-o kartay paarbarahm pooran abinaas.
O’ the all-pervading supreme and eternal Creator-God, I have come to Your refuge,
ਹੇ ਕਰਤਾਰ! ਹੇ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ! ਹੇ ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ! ਹੇ ਨਾਸ-ਰਹਿਤ! ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਰਨ ਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ,
ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਚਰਨ ਧਿਆਵਉ ਨਾਨਕ ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਦਰਸ ਪਿਆਸ ॥੨॥੫॥੧੯॥
kar kirpaa tayray charan Dhi-aava-o naanak man tan daras pi-aas. ||2||5||19||
bestow mercy, that I may always lovingly remember Your Name: O’ Nanak, my mind and body yearns for Your blessed vision. ||2||5||19||

ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥

One eternal God, realized by the grace of the True Guru:
ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਮਨ ਕਹਾ ਲੁਭਾਈਐ ਆਨ ਕਉ ॥
man kahaa lubhaa-ee-ai aan ka-o.
O’ my mind, why are you lured by things other than God?
ਹੇ ਮਨ! ਤੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤੋ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਹੋਰ ਹੋਰ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਾਤਰ ਲੋਭ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਉਂ ਫਸਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਈਤ ਊਤ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸਦਾ ਸਹਾਈ ਜੀਅ ਸੰਗਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਕਾਮ ਕਉ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
eet oot parabh sadaa sahaa-ee jee-a sang tayray kaam ka-o. ||1|| rahaa-o.
Only God is forever your supporter both here and hereafter; God is always with you and will help you succeed in every task. ||1||Pause||
ਲੋਕ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੀ ਸਦਾ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ,ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜਿੰਦ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਮੁ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਮਨੋਹਰ ਇਹੈ ਅਘਾਵਨ ਪਾਂਨ ਕਉ ॥
amrit naam pari-a pareet manohar ihai aghaavan paaNn ka-o.
The love of the captivating beloved God and His immaculate Name is the ambrosial nectar, which is satiating to drink.
ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਹਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਾਮ-ਜਲ-ਇਹ ਹੀ ਪੀਣਾ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਹੈ।
ਅਕਾਲ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਹੈ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਤਨ ਕੀ ਠਾਹਰ ਨੀਕੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਕਉ ॥੧॥
akaal moorat hai saaDh santan kee thaahar neekee Dhi-aan ka-o. ||1||
The company of the saintly people is the most sublime place for lovingly remembering the eternal God. ||1||
ਅਕਾਲ-ਮੂਰਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਧਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਹੀ ਸੋਹਣੀ ਥਾਂ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਬਾਣੀ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੁ ਮਹਾ ਪੁਰਖਨ ਕੀ ਮਨਹਿ ਉਤਾਰਨ ਮਾਂਨ ਕਉ ॥
banee mantar mahaa purkhan kee maneh utaaran maaNn ka-o.
The teachings of the true saints is the mantra to eradicate the mind’s ego.
ਮਹਾਂ ਪੁਰਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ, ਮਹਾਂ ਪੁਰਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਹੀ ਮਨ ਦਾ ਮਾਣ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਥ ਹੈ।
ਖੋਜਿ ਲਹਿਓ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੁਖ ਥਾਨਾਂ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਾ ਬਿਸ੍ਰਾਮ ਕਉ ॥੨॥੧॥੨੦॥
khoj lahi-o naanak sukh thaanaaN har naamaa bisraam ka-o. ||2||1||20||
O’ Nanak! remembering God is the way to achieve inner peace and this is obtained in the holy congregation. ||2||1||20||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਆਤਮਕ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਸੁਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਥਾਂ ਹੈ (ਇਹ ਥਾਂ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ) ਖੋਜ ਕੀਤਿਆਂ ਲੱਭਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੧॥੨੦॥

Raag Sarang, Fifth Guru:
ਮਨ ਸਦਾ ਮੰਗਲ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਗਾਇ ॥
man sadaa mangal gobind gaa-ay.
O’ my mind, always sing joyous songs in praise of God.
ਹੇ (ਮੇਰੇ) ਮਨ! ਸਦਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੇ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਇਆ ਕਰ।
ਰੋਗ ਸੋਗ ਤੇਰੇ ਮਿਟਹਿ ਸਗਲ ਅਘ ਨਿਮਖ ਹੀਐ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
rog sog tayray miteh sagal agh nimakh hee-ai har naam Dhi-aa-ay. ||1|| rahaa-o.
If you lovingly remember God’s Name in your heart even for an instant, all your afflictions, sorrows and sins will vanish. ||1||Pause||
ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਅੱਖ ਝਮਕਣ ਜਿਤਨੇ ਸਮੇ ਲਈ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਹਰੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰੇਂ, ਤਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੋਗ, ਫ਼ਿਕਰ ਤੇ ਪਾਪ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਛੋਡਿ ਸਿਆਨਪ ਬਹੁ ਚਤੁਰਾਈ ਸਾਧੂ ਸਰਣੀ ਜਾਇ ਪਾਇ ॥
chhod si-aanap baho chaturaa-ee saaDhoo sarnee jaa-ay paa-ay.
(O’ my mind), abandon your wit and too much cleverness, go and seek the Guru’s refuge.
(ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ!) ਆਪਣੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਿਆਪਣ ਚਤੁਰਾਈ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਜਾ ਪਉ।
ਜਉ ਹੋਇ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੁ ਦੀਨ ਦੁਖ ਭੰਜਨ ਜਮ ਤੇ ਹੋਵੈ ਧਰਮ ਰਾਇ ॥੧॥
ja-o ho-ay kirpaal deen dukh bhanjan jam tay hovai Dharam raa-ay. ||1||
When God, the destroyer of the sufferings of the helpless, becomes merciful for someone, even the demon of death becomes the righteous judge for him. ||1||
ਜਦੋਂ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ (ਕਿਸੇ ਉਤੇ) ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ (ਉਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ) ਜਮਰਾਜ ਤੋਂ ਧਰਮਰਾਜ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਏਕਸ ਬਿਨੁ ਨਾਹੀ ਕੋ ਦੂਜਾ ਆਨ ਨ ਬੀਓ ਲਵੈ ਲਾਇ ॥
aykas bin naahee ko doojaa aan na bee-o lavai laa-ay.
Except for God, there is no other savior of beings; no one else can equal Him.
ਇਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ (ਅਸਾਂ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਖਾ) ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਦੂਜਾ ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਬਰਾਬਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ।
ਮਾਤ ਪਿਤਾ ਭਾਈ ਨਾਨਕ ਕੋ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਸਾਇ ॥੨॥੨॥੨੧॥
maat pitaa bhaa-ee naanak ko sukh-daata har paraan saa-ay. ||2||2||21||
God is Nanak’s mother, father and brother; God is the benefactor of inner peace to his life. ||2||2||21||
ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹੀ ਮਾਂ ਪਿਉ ਭਰਾ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਖ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੨॥੨੧॥

ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਸਗਲ ਉਧਾਰੇ ਸੰਗ ਕੇ ॥
har jan sagal uDhaaray sang kay.
God’s devotees help their companions to cross the world-ocean of vices.
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਦਾਸ (ਆਪਣੇ) ਨਾਲ ਬੈਠਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਭਏ ਪੁਨੀਤ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਮਨ ਜਨਮ ਜਨਮ ਕੇ ਦੁਖ ਹਰੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
bha-ay puneet pavitar man janam janam kay dukh haray. ||1|| rahaa-o.
In the company of God’s devotees, their minds become pure and immaculate, and their sorrows of countless lives vanish. ||1||Pause||
(ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਗਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ) ਪਵਿਤੱਰ ਮਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਉੱਚੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਜਨਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਮਾਰਗਿ ਚਲੇ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੀ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਿਨ੍ ਸਿਉ ਗੋਸਟਿ ਸੇ ਤਰੇ ॥
maarag chalay tinHee sukh paa-i-aa jinH si-o gosat say taray.
Those who lived like the devotees of God, attained inner peace; with whom the saints engaged in conversation, swam across the world ocean of vices.
ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਦੇ) ਰਸਤੇ ਉਤੇ ਚਲੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਤਮਿਕ ਸੁਖ ਪਇਆ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਟਾਂਦਰਾ ਹੇਇਆ, ਉਹ ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਤਰ ਗਏ ।
ਬੂਡਤ ਘੋਰ ਅੰਧ ਕੂਪ ਮਹਿ ਤੇ ਸਾਧੂ ਸੰਗਿ ਪਾਰਿ ਪਰੇ ॥੧॥
boodat ghor anDh koop meh tay saaDhoo sang paar paray. ||1||
Even those who were drowning in the dark deep pit of Maya (hopelessly entangled in worldly affairs), are saved in the company of saints. ||1||
ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਦੇ) ਘੁੱਪ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਖੂਹ ਵਿਚ ਡੁੱਬ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਉਹ ਭੀ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤਿ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘ ਗਏ ॥੧॥
ਜਿਨ੍ ਕੇ ਭਾਗ ਬਡੇ ਹੈ ਭਾਈ ਤਿਨ੍ ਸਾਧੂ ਸੰਗਿ ਮੁਖ ਜੁਰੇ ॥
jinH kay bhaag baday hai bhaa-ee tinH saaDhoo sang mukh juray.
O’ brother, only those who are very fortunate, join the company of the saints.
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਾਗ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਸਤਸੰਗੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਤਿਨ੍ ਕੀ ਧੂਰਿ ਬਾਂਛੈ ਨਿਤ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰੇ ॥੨॥੩॥੨੨॥
tinH kee Dhoor baaNchhai nit naanak parabh mayraa kirpaa karay. ||2||3||22||
Nanak always longs for the dust of the feet (humble service) of God’s devotees, which one receives only when God bestows mercy. ||2||3||22||
ਨਾਨਕ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਸਦਾ ਮੰਗਦਾ ਹੈ (ਪਰ ਇਹ ਤਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜੇ) ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰੇ ॥੨॥੩॥੨੨॥

ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਮ ਧਿਆਂਏ ॥
har jan raam raam raam Dhi-aaN-ay.
God’s devotees always remember Him with adoration,
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਭਗਤ ਸਦਾ ਹੀ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਏਕ ਪਲਕ ਸੁਖ ਸਾਧ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਕੋਟਿ ਬੈਕੁੰਠਹ ਪਾਂਏ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ayk palak sukh saaDh samaagam kot baikuNthah paaN-ay. ||1|| rahaa-o.
and they deem the bliss of a moment of saint’s company as if they have received the peace of the millions of heavens. ||1||Pause||
ਅਤੇ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਪਲ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਸੁਖ (ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਇਉਂ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ) ਕ੍ਰੋੜਾਂ ਬੈਕੁੰਠ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲਏ ਹਨ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਦੁਲਭ ਦੇਹ ਜਪਿ ਹੋਤ ਪੁਨੀਤਾ ਜਮ ਕੀ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਨਿਵਾਰੈ ॥
dulabh dayh jap hot puneetaa jam kee taraas nivaarai.
The human body which is very difficult to receive, becomes immaculate by remembering God, Naam also eradicates one’s fear of the demon of death.
ਨਾਮ ਜਪ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਦੁਰਲੱਭ ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਸਰੀਰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਨਾਮ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ) ਜਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਮਹਾ ਪਤਿਤ ਕੇ ਪਾਤਿਕ ਉਤਰਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਾ ਉਰਿ ਧਾਰੈ ॥੧॥
mahaa patit kay paatik utreh har naamaa ur Dhaarai. ||1||
Even the sins of terrible sinners vanish by enshrining God’s Name within their heart. ||1||
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤਿ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਡੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਵਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪ ਲਹਿ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥
ਜੋ ਜੋ ਸੁਨੈ ਰਾਮ ਜਸੁ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਤਾ ਕਾ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਣ ਦੁਖੁ ਨਾਸਾ ॥
jo jo sunai raam jas nirmal taa kaa janam maran dukh naasaa.
Whoever listens to the immaculate praises of God, his misery of entire life (from birth until death) vanishes.
ਜਿਹੜਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਸੁਣਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਦਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਪਾਈਐ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਮਨ ਤਨ ਹੋਇ ਬਿਗਾਸਾ ॥੨॥੪॥੨੩॥
kaho naanak paa-ee-ai vadbhaageeN man tan ho-ay bigaasaa. ||2||4||23||
O’ Nanak! say, one gets to sing God’s praises only by good fortune, their mind and body become delighted by singing God’s praises. ||2||4||23||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਆਖ, ਇਹ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ (ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ) ਮਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਤਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਖਿੜਾਉ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥੪॥੨੩॥
