ਜਨ ਕੇ ਸਾਸ ਸਾਸ ਹੈ ਜੇਤੇ ਹਰਿ ਬਿਰਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹਰਿ ਬੀਧੇ ॥
jan kay saas saas hai jaytay har bireh parabhoo har beeDhay.
As many breaths a true devotee breathes in his life, they are all pierced with the pangs of separation from God’s love,
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਭਗਤ (ਦੀ ਉਮਰ) ਦੇ ਜਿਤਨੇ ਭੀ ਸਾਹ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ-ਭਰੇ ਵਿਛੋੜੇ ਵਿਚ ਵਿੱਝੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ,
ਜਿਉ ਜਲ ਕਮਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਅਤਿ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਿਨੁ ਜਲ ਦੇਖੇ ਸੁਕਲੀਧੇ ॥੨॥
ji-o jal kamal pareet at bhaaree bin jal daykhay sukleeDhay. ||2||
just as a lotus has great love for water and withers away without water, similarly a devotee feels lifeless without remembering God. ||2||
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੌਲ ਫੁੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਬੜਾ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਦਰਸਨ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਕੌਲ-ਫੁੱਲ ਸੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ | ॥੨॥
ਜਨ ਜਪਿਓ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਨਰਹਰਿ ਉਪਦੇਸਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਧੇ ॥
jan japi-o naam niranjan narhar updays guroo har pareeDhay.
The devotees lovingly remembered the immaculate God’s Name and through his teachings, the Guru helped them to visualize God pervading everywhere;
ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ (ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਵੱਸਦਾ) ਵਿਖਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਜਨਮ ਜਨਮ ਕੀ ਹਉਮੈ ਮਲੁ ਨਿਕਸੀ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਲਿ ਨੀਧੇ ॥੩॥
janam janam kee ha-umai mal niksee har amrit har jal neeDhay. ||3||
the filth of egotism of their countless births vanished when they performed ablution in the ambrosial nectar-like water of God’s Name. ||3||
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ) ਜਨਮਾਂ ਜਨਮਾਂਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਉਮੈ ਦੀ ਮੈਲ ਨਿਕਲ ਗਈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ-ਜਲ ਵਿਚ ਆਤਮਕ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ॥੩॥
ਹਮਰੇ ਕਰਮ ਨ ਬਿਚਰਹੁ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ ਪੈਜ ਰਖਹੁ ਅਪਨੀਧੇ ॥
hamray karam na bichrahu thaakur tumH paij rakhahu apneeDhay.
O’ the Master-God, please do not take our deeds into account, and protect the honor of Your own devotee.
ਹੇ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਅਸਾਂ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ (ਚੰਗੇ ਮੰਦੇ) ਕਰਮ ਨਾਹ ਵਿਚਾਰਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ-ਦਾਸ ਦੀ ਆਪ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਰਖੋ ।
ਹਰਿ ਭਾਵੈ ਸੁਣਿ ਬਿਨਉ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਰਣਿ ਪਵੀਧੇ ॥੪॥੩॥੫॥
har bhaavai sun bin-o bayntee jan naanak saran paveeDhay. ||4||3||5||
O’ God, as it pleases You, please listen to my supplication, devotee Nanak has sought Your refuge. ||4||3||5||
ਹੇ ਹਰੀ! ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਭਾਵੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ-ਅਰਜ਼ੋਈ ਸੁਣ, ਮੈਂ ਦਾਸ ਨਾਨਕ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਰਨ ਪਿਆਂ ਹਾਂ ॥੪॥੩॥੫॥

Raag Basant Hindol, Fourth Guru:
ਮਨੁ ਖਿਨੁ ਖਿਨੁ ਭਰਮਿ ਭਰਮਿ ਬਹੁ ਧਾਵੈ ਤਿਲੁ ਘਰਿ ਨਹੀ ਵਾਸਾ ਪਾਈਐ ॥
man khin khin bharam bharam baho Dhaavai til ghar nahee vaasaa paa-ee-ai.
The human mind keeps wandering around in doubts at all the time and does not remain stable within itself even for a moment.
(ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ) ਮਨ ਹਰੇਕ ਖਿਨ ਭਟਕ ਭਟਕ ਕੇ (ਮਾਇਆ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਾਤਰ) ਬਹੁਤ ਦੌੜਦਾ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਰਤਾ ਭਰ ਸਮੇ ਲਈ ਭੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰੀਰ-ਘਰ ਵਿਚ (ਸ੍ਵੈ ਸਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ) ਟਿਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ l
ਗੁਰਿ ਅੰਕਸੁ ਸਬਦੁ ਦਾਰੂ ਸਿਰਿ ਧਾਰਿਓ ਘਰਿ ਮੰਦਰਿ ਆਣਿ ਵਸਾਈਐ ॥੧॥
gur ankas sabad daaroo sir Dhaari-o ghar mandar aan vasaa-ee-ai. ||1||
Just as a goad controls an elephant, similarly the Guru’s word controls the mind, then the mind comes to reside within the heart itself. ||1||
ਜਦੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਇਸ ਮਨ ਰੂਪੀ ਹਾਥੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਉਤੇ ਦਵਾਈ ਵਜੋਂ ਸ਼ਬਦ-ਅੰਕਸ਼ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ-ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਵਸਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਜੀਉ ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਮੇਲਿ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਈਐ ॥
gobind jee-o satsangat mayl har Dhi-aa-ee-ai.
O’ venerable God, unite me with the holy congregation, so that I may lovingly remember You.
ਹੇ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਜੀ! (ਮੈਨੂੰ) ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ (ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ) ਸਿਮਰਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਇਆ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮਾਧਿ ਲਗਾਈਐ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ha-umai rog ga-i-aa sukh paa-i-aa har sahj samaaDh lagaa-ee-ai. ||1|| rahaa-o.
One who focuses on God in a state of spiritual poise, his malady of egotism goes away and he receives inner peace. ||1||Pause||
ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਰਤ ਜੋੜਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਹਉਮੈ ਦਾ ਰੋਗ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸੁਖ ਮਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਘਰਿ ਰਤਨ ਲਾਲ ਬਹੁ ਮਾਣਕ ਲਾਦੇ ਮਨੁ ਭ੍ਰਮਿਆ ਲਹਿ ਨ ਸਕਾਈਐ ॥
ghar ratan laal baho maanak laaday man bharmi-aa leh na sakaa-ee-ai.
The heart of every human being is filled with precious virtues, but a wandering mind cannot find these virtues.
ਹਰੇਕ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ- ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਰੂਪੀ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਰਤਨ ਲਾਲ ਮੋਤੀ ਭਰੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਭਟਕਦਾ ਮਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ।
ਜਿਉ ਓਡਾ ਕੂਪੁ ਗੁਹਜ ਖਿਨ ਕਾਢੈ ਤਿਉ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਵਸਤੁ ਲਹਾਈਐ ॥੨॥
ji-o odaa koop guhaj khin kaadhai ti-o satgur vasat lahaa-ee-ai. ||2||
Just as a specialist locates a hidden water well in an instant, similarly the wealth of Naam hidden in the heart can be found through the true Guru. ||2||
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸੇਂਘਾ (ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿਚ) ਦੱਬਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ (ਪੁਰਾਣਾ) ਖੂਹ ਤੁਰਤ ਲੱਭ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਗੁਪਤ ਨਾਮ -ਪਦਾਰਥ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲੱਭ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
ਜਿਨ ਐਸਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸਾਧੁ ਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਧ੍ਰਿਗੁ ਧ੍ਰਿਗੁ ਨਰ ਜੀਵਾਈਐ ॥
jin aisaa satgur saaDh na paa-i-aa tay Dharig Dharig nar jeevaa-ee-ai.
Absolutely accursed is the life of those, who have not found such a saintly true Guru and have not followed his teachings,
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਧੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਭਾ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੀਊਣਾ ਸਦਾ ਫਿਟਕਾਰ-ਜੋਗ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਜਨਮੁ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਪੁੰਨਿ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਕਉਡੀ ਬਦਲੈ ਜਾਈਐ ॥੩॥
janam padaarath punn fal paa-i-aa ka-udee badlai jaa-ee-ai. ||3||
they had attained the precious human life as a reward for some good deeds in the past life, but now it is being wasted in exchange for worthless worldly wealth. ||3||
(ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ) ਕੀਮਤੀ ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਜਨਮ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਨੇਕ ਕਮਾਈ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਫਲ ਵਜੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਜਨਮ ਕੌਡੀ ਦੇ ਭਾ (ਅਜਾਈਂ) ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ॥੩॥
ਮਧੁਸੂਦਨ ਹਰਿ ਧਾਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਿਲਾਈਐ ॥
maDhusoodan har Dhaar parabh kirpaa kar kirpaa guroo milaa-ee-ai.
O’ God, the destroyer of demons, bestow mercy and unite me with the Guru.
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਹੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ-ਦਮਨ ਹਰੀ! (ਮੇਰੇ ਉਤੇ) ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਮੈਨੂੰ) ਗੁਰੂ ਮਿਲਾ।
ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਿਰਬਾਣ ਪਦੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਮਿਲਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਈਐ ॥੪॥੪॥੬॥
jan naanak nirbaan pad paa-i-aa mil saaDhoo har gun gaa-ee-ai. ||4||4||6||
Devotee Nanak says, one who sings praises of God after meeting the Guru, attains such a spiritual status where worldly desires have no effect. ||4||4||6||
ਦਾਸ ਨਾਨਕ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ- (ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ) ਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਹ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਸਨਾ ਪੋਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੀ ॥੪॥੪॥੬॥

ਆਵਣ ਜਾਣੁ ਭਇਆ ਦੁਖੁ ਬਿਖਿਆ ਦੇਹ ਮਨਮੁਖ ਸੁੰਞੀ ਸੁੰਞੁ ॥
aavan jaan bha-i-aa dukh bikhi-aa dayh manmukh sunjee sunj.
Devoid of Naam, the self-willed people endure misery and continue in the cycle of birth and death due to their love for Maya, the poison for spiritual life.
ਮਨਮੁਖਾ ਦੀ ਦੇਹ ਨਾਮ ਤੋ ਸਖਣੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹ ਦੁਖੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਦਾ ਗੇੜ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਖਿਨੁ ਪਲੁ ਨਹੀ ਚੇਤਿਆ ਜਮਿ ਪਕਰੇ ਕਾਲਿ ਸਲੁੰਞੁ ॥੧॥
raam naam khin pal nahee chayti-aa jam pakray kaal salunj. ||1||
They do not remember God’s Name even for a moment and the fear of death is always hovering over their head. ||1||
ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਇਕ ਖਿਨ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਪਲ ਲਈ ਭੀ ਯਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ।ਕਾਲ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰੋਂ ਫੜਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਜੀਉ ਬਿਖੁ ਹਉਮੈ ਮਮਤਾ ਮੁੰਞੁ ॥
gobind jee-o bikh ha-umai mamtaa munj.
O’ my venerable God, please rid me of the poison of egotism and attachment,
ਹੇ (ਮੇਰੇ) ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਜੀ! (ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ) ਹਉਮੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਮਤਾ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਹਰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ,
ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਹਰਿ ਪਿਆਰੀ ਮਿਲਿ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਰਸੁ ਭੁੰਞੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
satsangat gur kee har pi-aaree mil sangat har ras bhunj. ||1|| rahaa-o.
and unite me with the loving and true company of the Guru, so that joining that company I may enjoy the relish of God’s Name. ||1||Pause||
ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੀ ਪਿਆਰੀ ਹੈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਾਓ, (ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ) ਮੈਂ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਰਸ ਮਾਣਦਾ ਰਹਾਂ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਸਾਧ ਦਇਆ ਕਰਿ ਮੇਲਹੁ ਸਰਣਾਗਤਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਪੰਞੁ ॥
satsangat saaDh da-i-aa kar maylhu sarnaagat saaDhoo pannj.
O’ God, bestow mercy and unite me with the company of the saints, so that I may remain under the sanctuary of the saint (Guru).
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਮੈਨੂੰ) ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਤ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲਾਈ ਰੱਖ, ਮੈਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ (ਸਦਾ) ਪਿਆ ਰਹਾਂ।
ਹਮ ਡੁਬਦੇ ਪਾਥਰ ਕਾਢਿ ਲੇਹੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ ਦੀਨ ਦਇਆਲ ਦੁਖ ਭੰਞੁ ॥੨॥
ham dubday paathar kaadh layho parabh tumH deen da-i-aal dukh bhanj. ||2||
O’ God! You are merciful master of the meek and destroyer of our suffering; loaded with sins, we are drowning like stones in the ocean of sins, please save us. ||2||
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੀਨਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਦਇਆ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ, (ਪਾਪਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਰੇ) ਪੱਥਰ (ਹੋਏ) ਅਸਾਂ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ (ਪਾਪਾਂ ਵਿਚ) ਡੁੱਬ ਰਿਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢ ਲੈ ॥੨॥
ਹਰਿ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਧਾਰਹੁ ਰਿਦ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਮਿਲਿ ਬੁਧਿ ਲੰਞੁ ॥
har ustat Dhaarahu rid antar su-aamee satsangat mil buDh lanj.
O’ Master-God, enshrine Your praises in my heart, and bless me that my intellect may get enlightened by joining the company of the saintly persons.
ਹੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ! (ਆਪਣੀ) ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ (ਮੇਰੇ) ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਵਸਾਈ ਰੱਖ। (ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ) ਤੇਰੀ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ (ਮੇਰੀ) ਅਕਲ (ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਚਾਨਣ ਨਾਲ) ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਏ।
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੈ ਹਮ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਲਗਾਨੀ ਹਮ ਹਰਿ ਵਿਟਹੁ ਘੁਮਿ ਵੰਞੁ ॥੩॥
har naamai ham pareet lagaanee ham har vitahu ghum vanj. ||3||
Love for God has welled up in my mind and I am dedicated to Him. ||3||
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਚ ਮੇਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ (ਹੁਣ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਤੋਂ (ਸਦਾ) ਸਦਕੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ॥੩॥
ਜਨ ਕੇ ਪੂਰਿ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦੇਵਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਲੰਞੁ ॥
jan kay poor manorath har parabh har naam dayvhu har lanj.
O’ God, You fulfill the wishes of Your humble devotees, please bless me with the enlightenment of Your Name also.
ਹੇ ਹਰੀ! ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਆਪ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਚਾਨਣ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੋ ।
ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਅਨਦੁ ਭਇਆ ਹੈ ਗੁਰਿ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੁ ਦੀਓ ਹਰਿ ਭੰਞੁ ॥੪॥੫॥੭॥੧੨॥੧੮॥੭॥੩੭॥
jan naanak man tan anad bha-i-aa hai gur mantar dee-o har bhanj. ||4||5||7||12||18||7||37||
The body and mind of devotee Nanak also is filled with ecstasy, because the Guru has blessed him with the mantra of remembering God. ||4||5||7||12||18||7||37||
