ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥

One eternal God, realized by the grace of the true Guru:
ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਤੂੰ ਸਭਨੀ ਥਾਈ ਜਿਥੈ ਹਉ ਜਾਈ ਸਾਚਾ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰੁ ਜੀਉ ॥
tooN sabhnee thaa-ee jithai ha-o jaa-ee saachaa sirjanhaar jee-o.
O’ God, wherever I go, I see that You are present in all places: You are the eternal Creator.
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੈਂ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਭੀ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਸਭ ਥਾਂਈਂ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਸਦਾ-ਥਿਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ।
ਸਭਨਾ ਕਾ ਦਾਤਾ ਕਰਮ ਬਿਧਾਤਾ ਦੂਖ ਬਿਸਾਰਣਹਾਰੁ ਜੀਉ ॥
sabhnaa kaa daataa karam biDhaataa dookh bisaaranhaar jee-o.
You are the benefactor of all, the architect of the destiny of all and the destroyer of sorrows.
ਤੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਦਾਤਾਰ, ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ।
ਦੂਖ ਬਿਸਾਰਣਹਾਰੁ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਕਾ ਹੋਵੈ ॥
dookh bisaaranhaar su-aamee keetaa jaa kaa hovai.
The Master-God is the dispeller of distress; all that happens is by His doing.
ਜਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੀ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੈ।
ਕੋਟ ਕੋਟੰਤਰ ਪਾਪਾ ਕੇਰੇ ਏਕ ਘੜੀ ਮਹਿ ਖੋਵੈ ॥
kot kotantar paapaa kayray ayk gharhee meh khovai.
He destroys millions upon millions of sins in an instant.
ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਢੇਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਢੇਰ ਇਕ ਪਲਕ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਸ ਕਰ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਹੰਸ ਸਿ ਹੰਸਾ ਬਗ ਸਿ ਬਗਾ ਘਟ ਘਟ ਕਰੇ ਬੀਚਾਰੁ ਜੀਉ ॥
hans se hansaa bag se bagaa ghat ghat karay beechaar jee-o.
From pure to the most immaculate one and from a minor offender to the most heinous sinner, He reflects on the condition of each and every one
ਜੀਵ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਤੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਹੋਣ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਨਿਖਿੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਖਿੱਧ ਹੋਣ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਪਰਖ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ
ਤੂੰ ਸਭਨੀ ਥਾਈ ਜਿਥੈ ਹਉ ਜਾਈ ਸਾਚਾ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰੁ ਜੀਉ ॥੧॥
tooN sabhnee thaa-ee jithai ha-o jaa-ee saachaa sirjanhaar jee-o. ||1||
O’ God, wherever I go, (I see) that You are present in all places: You are the eternal Creator. ||1||
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੈਂ ਜਿਥੇ ਭੀ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਤੂੰ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈਂ ਤੂੰ ਸਦਾ-ਥਿਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਸਭ ਦਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੧॥
ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਇਕ ਮਨਿ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਵਿਰਲੇ ਸੰਸਾਰਿ ਜੀਉ ॥
jinH ik man Dhi-aa-i-aa tinH sukh paa-i-aa tay virlay sansaar jee-o.
Those who have contemplated upon Him with single-minded devotion have attained celestial peace, but they are rare in the world.
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਇਕਾਗਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਅਜੇਹੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਰਲੇ ਹਨ।
ਤਿਨ ਜਮੁ ਨੇੜਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੁ ਕਮਾਵੈ ਕਬਹੁ ਨ ਆਵਹਿ ਹਾਰਿ ਜੀਉ ॥
tin jam nayrh na aavai gur sabad kamaavai kabahu na aavahi haar jee-o.
Those who lead their life by the Guru’s teachings, the fear of death does not draw near them; they are never defeated in the game of life,
ਜੇਹੜੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਕਮਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਮ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਢੁਕਦਾ (ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਭੀ ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਜਨਮ ਦੀ ਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਹਾਰ ਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੇ।
ਤੇ ਕਬਹੁ ਨ ਹਾਰਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਸਾਰਹਿ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਜਮੁ ਨੇੜਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ॥
tay kabahu na haareh har har gun saareh tinH jam nayrh na aavai.
Those who enshrine God’s virtues in the heart never suffer defeat against vices and the of fear of death does not draw near them.
ਜੇਹੜੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਵਸਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਟਾਕਰੇ ਤੇ ਕਦੇ ਹਾਰਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ, ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਢੁਕਦੀ।
ਜੰਮਣੁ ਮਰਣੁ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹਾ ਕਾ ਚੂਕਾ ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਲਾਗੇ ਪਾਵੈ ॥
jaman maran tinHaa kaa chookaa jo har laagay paavai.
Those who seek God’s refuge, their cycle of birth and death ends.
ਜੇਹੜੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਚਰਨੀਂ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਦਾ ਗੇੜ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਰਸੁ ਹਰਿ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਉਰ ਧਾਰਿ ਜੀਉ ॥
gurmat har ras har fal paa-i-aa har har naam ur Dhaar jee-o.
Those who follow the Guru’s teachings and relish the elixir of God’s Name, attain the fruit of Naam; they enshrine God’s Name in their hearts.
ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਮਤਿ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਰਸ ਚੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਨਾਮ-ਫਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕਾਇਆ ਹੈ,
ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਇਕ ਮਨਿ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਵਿਰਲੇ ਸੰਸਾਰਿ ਜੀਉ ॥੨॥
jinH ik man Dhi-aa-i-aa tinH sukh paa-i-aa tay virlay sansaar jee-o. ||2||
Those who meditate on God with single-minded devotion, they attain the celestial peace, but such persons are rare in the world. ||2||
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਕਾਗਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰਿਆ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਿਆ। ਪਰ ਅਜੇਹੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਰਲੇ ਵਿਰਲੇ ਹੀ ਹਨ ॥੨॥
ਜਿਨਿ ਜਗਤੁ ਉਪਾਇਆ ਧੰਧੈ ਲਾਇਆ ਤਿਸੈ ਵਿਟਹੁ ਕੁਰਬਾਣੁ ਜੀਉ ॥
jin jagat upaa-i-aa DhanDhai laa-i-aa tisai vitahu kurbaan jee-o.
I dedicate myself to that God who created this world and assigned all beings to their tasks.
ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤੋਂ ਸਦਕੇ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਜਗਤ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ-ਭੱਜ ਵਿਚ ਲਾ ਦਿਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਤਾ ਕੀ ਸੇਵ ਕਰੀਜੈ ਲਾਹਾ ਲੀਜੈ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਗਹ ਪਾਈਐ ਮਾਣੁ ਜੀਉ ॥
taa kee sayv kareejai laahaa leejai har dargeh paa-ee-ai maan jee-o.
We should gather the profit of devotional worship of God, because in this way we obtain glory in God’s presence.
ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਭਗਤੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਇਹੀ ਲਾਭ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਖੱਟਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਵਿਚ ਆਦਰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਹਰਿ ਦਰਗਹ ਮਾਨੁ ਸੋਈ ਜਨੁ ਪਾਵੈ ਜੋ ਨਰੁ ਏਕੁ ਪਛਾਣੈ ॥
har dargeh maan so-ee jan paavai jo nar ayk pachhaanai.
Only that person obtains honor in God’s presence, who realizes the one God.
ਉਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਹਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਆਦਰ ਪਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੇਹੜਾ ਇਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ (ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਗ-ਸੰਗ) ਪਛਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਓਹੁ ਨਵ ਨਿਧਿ ਪਾਵੈ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਵੈ ਨਿਤ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਆਖਿ ਵਖਾਣੈ ॥
oh nav niDh paavai gurmat har Dhi-aavai nit har gun aakh vakhaanai.
The person who, meditates on God through the Guru’s teachings and always sings His praises, obtains the nine treasures of the world .
ਜੇਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਮਤਿ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ (ਮਾਨੋ) ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਨੌ ਹੀ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਹਿਨਿਸਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਤਿਸੈ ਕਾ ਲੀਜੈ ਹਰਿ ਊਤਮੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਪਰਧਾਨੁ ਜੀਉ ॥
ahinis naam tisai kaa leejai har ootam purakh parDhaan jee-o.
We should remember the Name of that God alone, who is the sublime, supreme and all pervading.
ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਭ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੈ।
ਜਿਨਿ ਜਗਤੁ ਉਪਾਇਆ ਧੰਧੈ ਲਾਇਆ ਹਉ ਤਿਸੈ ਵਿਟਹੁ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੁ ਜੀਉ ॥੩॥
jin jagat upaa-i-aa DhanDhai laa-i-aa ha-o tisai vitahu kurbaan jee-o. ||3||

ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਤੋਂ ਸਦਕੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਜਗਤ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ-ਭੱਜ ਵਿਚ ਲਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੩॥
ਨਾਮੁ ਲੈਨਿ ਸਿ ਸੋਹਹਿ ਤਿਨ ਸੁਖ ਫਲ ਹੋਵਹਿ ਮਾਨਹਿ ਸੇ ਜਿਣਿ ਜਾਹਿ ਜੀਉ ॥
naam lain se soheh tin sukh fal hoveh maaneh say jin jaahi jee-o.
Those who meditate on Naam attain glory and the fruit of celestial peace; they become famous and depart from here after winning the game of life.
ਜੇਹੜੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਸੋਭਾ ਪਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ-ਰੂਪ ਫਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਹਰ ਥਾਂ) ਆਦਰ ਪਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ (ਮਨੁੱਖਾ-ਜਨਮ ਦੀ ਬਾਜ਼ੀ) ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ (ਇਥੋਂ) ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਤਿਨ ਫਲ ਤੋਟਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਜਾ ਤਿਸੁ ਭਾਵੈ ਜੇ ਜੁਗ ਕੇਤੇ ਜਾਹਿ ਜੀਉ ॥
tin fal tot na aavai jaa tis bhaavai jay jug kaytay jaahi jee-o.
If it so pleases God, they never experience any shortage in the gift of celestial peace, even after the passing of so many ages.
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ (ਆਤਮਕ ਸੁਖ ਦਾ) ਫਲ ਇਤਨਾ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ- ਦੀ ਰਜ਼ਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਭੀ ਘਟਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਜੁਗ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ।
ਜੇ ਜੁਗ ਕੇਤੇ ਜਾਹਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਤਿਨ ਫਲ ਤੋਟਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ॥
jay jug kaytay jaahi su-aamee tin fal tot na aavai.
Even though numerous ages may pass, O‘ God, their blessings are not exhausted.
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਸੁਆਮੀ! ਚਾਹੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਹੀ ਜੁਗ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਦਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਫਲ ਕਦੇ ਭੀ ਘਟਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ।
ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਜਰਾ ਨ ਮਰਣਾ ਨਰਕਿ ਨ ਪਰਣਾ ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਵੈ ॥
tinH jaraa na marnaa narak na parnaa jo har naam Dhi-aavai.
They, who meditate on God’s Name neither suffer from the fear of old age, nor death and do not suffer any mental tortures like being thrown into hell
ਜੇਹੜਾ ਜੇਹੜਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਹਰੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈ ਉੱਚੀ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਹ ਬੁਢੇਪਾ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਨਾਹ ਮੌਤ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਨਰਕ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੇ।
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਕਰਹਿ ਸਿ ਸੂਕਹਿ ਨਾਹੀ ਨਾਨਕ ਪੀੜ ਨ ਖਾਹਿ ਜੀਉ ॥
har har karahi se sookeh naahee naanak peerh na khaahi jee-o.
O’, Nanak, they who continually utter God’s Name, their celestial peace never withers and no pain ever devours their inner happiness.
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜੇਹੜੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਸੁੱਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ (ਭਾਵ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਦਰਲਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਖੇੜਾ ਕਦੇ ਸੁੱਕਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ) ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਦੁੱਖੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ।
ਨਾਮੁ ਲੈਨ੍ਹ੍ਹਿ ਸਿ ਸੋਹਹਿ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਸੁਖ ਫਲ ਹੋਵਹਿ ਮਾਨਹਿ ਸੇ ਜਿਣਿ ਜਾਹਿ ਜੀਉ ॥੪॥੧॥੪॥
naam lainiH se soheh tinH sukh fal hoveh maaneh say jin jaahi jee-o. ||4||1||4||

ਤੂੰ ਸੁਣਿ ਹਰਣਾ ਕਾਲਿਆ ਕੀ ਵਾੜੀਐ ਰਾਤਾ ਰਾਮ ॥
tooN sun harnaa kaali-aa kee vaarhee-ai raataa raam.
Listen O’ my mind, why are you so engrossed in this worldly orchard of Maya like a black deer?
ਹੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਹਰਣ ਵਰਗੇ ਮਨ! ਮੇਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣ, ਤੂੰ ਇਸ ਜਗਤ-ਫੁਲਵਾੜੀ (ਮਾਇਆ) ਵਿਚ ਕਿਉਂ ਮਸਤ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ?
ਬਿਖੁ ਫਲੁ ਮੀਠਾ ਚਾਰਿ ਦਿਨ ਫਿਰਿ ਹੋਵੈ ਤਾਤਾ ਰਾਮ ॥
bikh fal meethaa chaar din fir hovai taataa raam.
The poisonous fruit of Maya (worldly riches) is sweet only for few days, then it becomes very troublesome.
ਜਗਤ-ਫੁਲਵਾੜੀ (ਮਾਇਆ) ਦਾ ਫਲ ਜ਼ਹਰ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਥੋੜੇ ਦਿਨ ਹੀ ਸੁਆਦਲਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਫਿਰ ਇਹ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਫਿਰਿ ਹੋਇ ਤਾਤਾ ਖਰਾ ਮਾਤਾ ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨੁ ਪਰਤਾਪਏ ॥
fir ho-ay taataa kharaa maataa naam bin partaapa-ay.
This fruit, in which you are extremely engrossed, becomes very painful without meditation on Naam.
ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਤੂੰ ਇਤਨਾ ਮਸਤ ਹੈਂ ਇਹ ਆਖ਼ਰ ਦੁੱਖਦਾਈ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
