ਜੇ ਅਸਾਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਨਾਹ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਕਹੁ ਕਬੀਰ ਖੋਜਉ ਅਸਮਾਨ ॥
kaho kabeer khoja-o asmaan.
Kabeer says, I have searched the entire world,
ਕਬੀਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਮੈਂ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਤਕ (ਭਾਵ, ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ) ਭਾਲ ਕਰ ਚੁਕਿਆ ਹਾਂ,
ਰਾਮ ਸਮਾਨ ਨ ਦੇਖਉ ਆਨ ॥੨॥੩੪॥
raam samaan na daykh-a-u aan. ||2||34||
but I have not seen another one like God. ||2||34||
ਪਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਤੁੱਲ ਮੈਂ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ।॥੨॥੩੪॥
ਗਉੜੀ ਕਬੀਰ ਜੀ ॥
ga-orhee kabeer jee.
Raag Gauree, Kabeer Jee:
ਜਿਹ ਸਿਰਿ ਰਚਿ ਰਚਿ ਬਾਧਤ ਪਾਗ ॥
jih sir rach rach baaDhat paag.
The head that one embellishes with a turban,
ਜਿਸ ਸਿਰ ਤੇ (ਮਨੁੱਖ) ਸੰਵਾਰ ਸੰਵਾਰ ਪੱਗ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਸੋ ਸਿਰੁ ਚੁੰਚ ਸਵਾਰਹਿ ਕਾਗ ॥੧॥
so sir chunch savaareh kaag. ||1||
upon death, crows clean their beaks on that head. ||1||
ਮੌਤ ਆਉਣ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਸਿਰ ਉਤੇ ਕਾਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਚੁੰਝਾਂ ਸੰਵਾਰਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥
ਇਸੁ ਤਨ ਧਨ ਕੋ ਕਿਆ ਗਰਬਈਆ ॥
is tan Dhan ko ki-aa garab-ee-aa.
O’ brother, why are you so proud of this body and worldly wealth?
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਇਸ ਸਰੀਰ ਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਧਨ ਦਾ ਕੀਹ ਮਾਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ?
ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਕਾਹੇ ਨ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ੍ਹੀਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
raam naam kaahay na darirh-ee-aa. ||1|| rahaa-o.
why haven’t you enshrined God’s Name in your heart?”||1||pause||
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ? ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਕਹਤ ਕਬੀਰ ਸੁਨਹੁ ਮਨ ਮੇਰੇ ॥
kahat kabeer suno man mere.
Kabeer says, listen O my mind,
ਕਬੀਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ-ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਸੁਣ,
ਇਹੀ ਹਵਾਲ ਹੋਹਿਗੇ ਤੇਰੇ ॥੨॥੩੫॥
ihee havaal hohigay tayray. ||2||35||
this would be your fate as well after death! ||2||35||
ਮੌਤ ਆਉਣ ਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਭੀ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ॥੨॥੩੫॥

ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥
ik-oNkar satgur prasad.
One eternal God. Realized by the grace of the true Guru:
ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੁਖੁ ਮਾਂਗਤ ਦੁਖੁ ਆਗੈ ਆਵੈ ॥ ਸੋ ਸੁਖੁ ਹਮਹੁ ਨ ਮਾਂਗਿਆ ਭਾਵੈ ॥੧॥
sukh maaNgat dukh aagai aavai.so sukh hamhu na maaNgi-aa bhaavai. ||1||
I would rather not beg for that worldly pleasure which later brings pain. ||1||
ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਸੁਖ ਦੇ ਮੰਗਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ, ਜਿਸ ਸੁਖ ਦੇ ਮੰਗਿਆਂ ਦੁੱਖ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਬਿਖਿਆ ਅਜਹੁ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਸੁਖ ਆਸਾ ॥
bikhi-aa ajahu surat sukh aasaa.
People are still attached to Maya and they hope to find happiness from it.
ਅਜੇ ਭੀ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਮਾਇਆ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਤੇ (ਇਸ ਮਾਇਆ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ) ਸੁਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਲਾਈ ਬੈਠੇ ਹਾਂ;
ਕੈਸੇ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਰਾਜਾ ਰਾਮ ਨਿਵਾਸਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
kaisay ho-ee hai raajaa raam nivaasaa. ||1|| rahaa-o.
Then how the sovereign God can come to reside in their mind?”||1||pause||
ਤਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਜੋਤਿ-ਰੂਪ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਨਿਵਾਸ (ਇਸ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਵਿਚ) ਕਿਵੇਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ? ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਇਸੁ ਸੁਖ ਤੇ ਸਿਵ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਡਰਾਨਾ ॥
is sukh tay siv barahm daraanaa.
Even Shiva and Brahma are afraid of this worldly pleasure,
ਇਸ ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਸ਼ਿਵਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਰਮਾ ਭੀ ਭੈ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਸੋ ਸੁਖੁ ਹਮਹੁ ਸਾਚੁ ਕਰਿ ਜਾਨਾ ॥੨॥
so sukh hamhu saach kar jaanaa. ||2||
but the people have assumed these pleasures as true.||2||
(ਪਰ (ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੇ) ਇਸ ਸੁਖ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
ਸਨਕਾਦਿਕ ਨਾਰਦ ਮੁਨਿ ਸੇਖਾ ॥
sankadik narad muni saykhaa.
Even Sanak and the other three sons of Brahma, Narada and Shesh-Naag,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਦੇ ਚਾਰੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸਨਕ ਆਦਿਕ, ਨਾਰਦ ਮੁਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਨਾਗ-
ਤਿਨ ਭੀ ਤਨ ਮਹਿ ਮਨੁ ਨਹੀ ਪੇਖਾ ॥੩॥
tin bhee tan meh man nahi paykhaa. ||3||
did not realize the true nature of the mind in their body. ||3||
ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਭੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਹ ਵੇਖਿਆ ( ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਭੀ ਅੰਤਰ-ਆਤਮੇ ਟਿਕਿਆ ਨਾਹ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਿਆ) ॥੩॥
ਇਸੁ ਮਨ ਕਉ ਕੋਈ ਖੋਜਹੁ ਭਾਈ ॥
is man ka-o ko-ee khojahu bhaa-ee.
O’ brothers, let someone search this mind (and try to find)
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਕੋਈ ਧਿਰ ਇਸ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਭੀ ਖੋਜ ਕਰੋ,
ਤਨ ਛੂਟੇ ਮਨੁ ਕਹਾ ਸਮਾਈ ॥੪॥
tan chhootay man kahaa samaa-ee. ||4||
where the mind goes when it leaves the body. ||4||
ਕਿ ਸਰੀਰ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵਿਛੋੜਾ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਮਨ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਜਾ ਟਿਕਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੪॥
ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਜੈਦੇਉ ਨਾਮਾਂ ॥
gur parsadi jaiday-o naamaaN.
By the Guru’s Grace, the devotees like Jai Dev and Naam Dev
ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ, ਜੈਦੇਵ ਤੇ ਨਾਮਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਭਗਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੀ-
ਭਗਤਿ ਕੈ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਿ ਇਨ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਨਾਂ ॥੫॥
bhagat kai paraym in hee hai jaanaaN. ||5||
understood this secret through loving devotional worship. ||5||
ਭਗਤੀ ਦੇ ਚਾਉ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਮਝੀ ਹੈ (ਕਿ “ਤਨ ਛੂਟੇ ਮਨੁ ਕਹਾ ਸਮਾਈ”) ॥੫॥
ਇਸੁ ਮਨ ਕਉ ਨਹੀ ਆਵਨ ਜਾਨਾ ॥
is man ka-o nahee aavan jaanaa.
The mind (soul) of that person is not cast in the cycles of birth and death,
ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਆਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿਚ ਪੈਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ,
ਜਿਸ ਕਾ ਭਰਮੁ ਗਇਆ ਤਿਨਿ ਸਾਚੁ ਪਛਾਨਾ ॥੬॥
jis kaa bharam ga-i-aa tin saach pachhaanaa. ||6||
whose doubt has been dispelled and has realized God. ||6||
ਜਿਸ ਦੀ (ਸੁਖਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ) ਭਟਕਣਾ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝ ਪਾ ਲਈ ਹੈ ॥੬॥
ਇਸੁ ਮਨ ਕਉ ਰੂਪੁ ਨ ਰੇਖਿਆ ਕਾਈ ॥
is man ka-o roop na raykh-i-aa kaa-ee.
This mind (soul) has no form or feature.
(ਅਸਲ ਵਿਚ) ਇਸ ਜੀਵ ਦਾ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖਰਾ) ਕੋਈ ਰੂਪ ਜਾਂ ਚਿਹਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
ਹੁਕਮੇ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੁਕਮੁ ਬੂਝਿ ਸਮਾਈ ॥੭॥
hukmay ho-i-aa hukam boojh samaa-ee. ||7||
By God’s will it came into this world as a human being and after realizing God, it merges back into Him. ||7||
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਇਹ (ਵੱਖਰੇ ਸਰੂਪ ਵਾਲਾ) ਬਣਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਰਜ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਵਿਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੭॥
ਇਸ ਮਨ ਕਾ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਨੈ ਭੇਉ ॥
is man kaa ko-ee jaanai bhay-o.
The person who realizes the mystery of the mind
ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਇਸ ਮਨ ਦਾ ਭੇਦ ਜਾਣ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਇਹ ਮਨਿ ਲੀਣ ਭਏ ਸੁਖਦੇਉ ॥੮॥
ih man leen bha-ay sukh-day-o. ||8||
becomes one with the peace giving God by merging within this mind itself. ||8||
ਉਹ ਇਸ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੁਖ ਦੇਣਹਾਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੮॥
ਜੀਉ ਏਕੁ ਅਰੁ ਸਗਲ ਸਰੀਰਾ ॥
jee-o ayk ar sagal sareeraa.
There is only one prime Soul which pervades all bodies and
ਰੱਬੀ ਜੋਤਿ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਰਮੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ,
ਇਸੁ ਮਨ ਕਉ ਰਵਿ ਰਹੇ ਕਬੀਰਾ ॥੯॥੧॥੩੬॥
is man ka-o rav rahay kabeeraa. ||9||1||36||
it is this prime soul upon whom Kabir is contemplating.||9||1||36||
ਕਬੀਰ ਉਸ (ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ) ਮਨ (ਭਾਵ, ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ) ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ॥੯॥੧॥੩੬॥
ਗਉੜੀ ਗੁਆਰੇਰੀ ॥
ga-orhee gu-aarayree.
Raag Gauree Gwaarayree:
ਅਹਿਨਿਸਿ ਏਕ ਨਾਮ ਜੋ ਜਾਗੇ ॥ ਕੇਤਕ ਸਿਧ ਭਏ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਗੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ahinis ayk naam jo jaagay. kaytak siDh bha-ay liv laagay. ||1|| rahaa-o.
Countless people have achieved perfection, who day and night have remained awake and alert to the Name of God. ||1||pause||
ਬਥੇਰੇ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਜੀਵਨ-ਸਫ਼ਰ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ ਵਿਚ) ਪੁੱਗ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਕੇਵਲ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ (ਨਾਮ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ) ਸੁਰਤ ਜੋੜੀ ਰੱਖੀ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਸਾਧਕ ਸਿਧ ਸਗਲ ਮੁਨਿ ਹਾਰੇ ॥
saaDhak siDh sagal mun haaray.
The seekers, adepts, and sages exhausted themselves practicing their ways to cross the worldly ocean,
ਸਾਧਕ, ਸਿਧ ਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੁਨੀ ਲੋਕ ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਤਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਹੋਰ ਵਸੀਲੇ ਲੱਭ ਲੱਭ ਕੇ ਥੱਕ ਗਏ ਹਨ;
ਏਕ ਨਾਮ ਕਲਿਪ ਤਰ ਤਾਰੇ ॥੧॥
ayk naam kalip tar taaray. ||1||
but only God’s Name can carry people across the world-ocean like the mythical wish-fulfilling Kalap tree ||1||
ਕੇਵਲ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਕਲਪ-ਰੁੱਖ ਹੈ ਜੋ (ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦਾ) ਬੇੜਾ ਪਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਹਰੇ ਸੁ ਹੋਹਿ ਨ ਆਨਾ ॥
jo har haray so hohi na aanaa.
Those who are spiritually rejuvenated by God, do not worship anyone else.
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਸਰਸਬਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਹੋਰਸ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਦੇ।
ਕਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਪਛਾਨਾ ॥੨॥੩੭॥
kahi kabeer raam naam pachhaanaa. ||2||37||
Kabir says: They have realized God’s Name. ||2||37||
ਕਬੀਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ- ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਪਛਾਣ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ (ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਸਾਂਝ ਪਾ ਲਈ ਹੈ) ॥੨॥੩੭॥
ਗਉੜੀ ਭੀ ਸੋਰਠਿ ਭੀ ॥
ga-orhee bhee sorath bhee.
Raag Gauree and Raag Sorath:
ਰੇ ਜੀਅ ਨਿਲਜ ਲਾਜ ਤੋੁਹਿ ਨਾਹੀ ॥
ray jee-a nilaj laaj tohi naahee.
O shameless mind, don’t you feel ashamed?
ਹੇ ਬੇਸ਼ਰਮ ਮਨ! ਤੈਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੀ?
ਹਰਿ ਤਜਿ ਕਤ ਕਾਹੂ ਕੇ ਜਾਂਹੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
har taj kat kaahoo kay jaaNhee. ||1|| rahaa-o.
forsaking God, where and to whom you go to seek help ?||1||pause||
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਤੇ ਕਿਸ ਦੇ ਪਾਸ ਤੂੰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ? (ਭਾਵ, ਕਿਉਂ ਹੋਰ ਆਸਰੇ ਤੂੰ ਤੱਕਦਾ ਹੈਂ?) ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਜਾ ਕੋ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਊਚਾ ਹੋਈ ॥
jaa ko thaakur oochaa ho-ee.
One whose Master-God is the highest and most exalted,
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੋਵੇ,
ਸੋ ਜਨੁ ਪਰ ਘਰ ਜਾਤ ਨ ਸੋਹੀ ॥੧॥
so jan par ghar jaat na sohee. ||1||
it is does not behoove him to go to others for any help. ||1||
ਉਹ ਪਰਾਏ ਘਰੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ ॥੧॥
ਸੋ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਰਹਿਆ ਭਰਪੂਰਿ ॥
so saahib rahi-aa bharpoor.
O’ my mind, the Master-God is pervading everywhere.
(ਹੇ ਮਨ!) ਉਹ ਮਾਲਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਸਭ ਥਾਈਂ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ,
ਸਦਾ ਸੰਗਿ ਨਾਹੀ ਹਰਿ ਦੂਰਿ ॥੨॥
sadaa sang naahee har door. ||2||
God is always with you and never far away. ||2||
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਸਦਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ, ਤੈਥੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
ਕਵਲਾ ਚਰਨ ਸਰਨ ਹੈ ਜਾ ਕੇ ॥
kavlaa charan saran hai jaa kay.
God whose shelter even the goddess of wealth seeks.
ਜਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲੱਛਮੀ ਭੀ ਲਈ ਬੈਠੀ ਹੈ,
ਕਹੁ ਜਨ ਕਾ ਨਾਹੀ ਘਰ ਤਾ ਕੇ ॥੩॥
kaho jan kaa naahee ghar taa kay. ||3||
O’ my friend!what could be lacking in the home of that God ?||3||
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਦੱਸ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਕਿਸ ਸ਼ੈ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਹੈ? ॥੩॥
ਸਭੁ ਕੋਊ ਕਹੈ ਜਾਸੁ ਕੀ ਬਾਤਾ ॥
sabh ko-oo kahai jaas kee baataa.
One whose praises everyone sings
ਉਹ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਵਡਿਆਈਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਸੋ ਸੰਮ੍ਰਥੁ ਨਿਜ ਪਤਿ ਹੈ ਦਾਤਾ ॥੪॥
so samrath nij pat hai daataa. ||4||
He is all-powerful, He is His Own Master and He is the only Giver. ||4||
ਉਹ ਸਰਬ-ਸ਼ਕਤੀਵਾਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਦਾ ਆਪ ਮਾਲਕ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਤਾਰ ਹੈ।
ਕਹੈ ਕਬੀਰੁ ਪੂਰਨ ਜਗ ਸੋਈ ॥
kahai kabeer pooran jag so-ee.
Kabeer says, only that person is perfect in this world,
ਕਬੀਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ-ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਕੇਵਲ ਉਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ,
ਜਾ ਕੇ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਹੋਈ ॥੫॥੩੮॥
jaa kay hirdai avar na ho-ee. ||5||38||
in whose heart there is none other than God. ||5||38||
ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ) ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ (ਦਾਤਾ ਜਚਦਾ) ਨਹੀਂ ॥੫॥੩੮॥
