ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੀ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਬਰਸੀ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kee darisat amrit barsee.
Ambrosial nectar rains down from the glance of the God-conscious person.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਤੋਂ (ਸਭ ਉਤੇ) ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਦੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਬੰਧਨ ਤੇ ਮੁਕਤਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee banDhan tay muktaa.
The God-conscious person is free from the worldly entanglements.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ (ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ) ਬੰਧਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੀ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਜੁਗਤਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kee nirmal jugtaa.
The lifestyle of the divinely wise is spotlessly pure and free from the vices.
ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਨਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਜੀਵਨ-ਜੁਗਤੀ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ।।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਭੋਜਨੁ ਗਿਆਨ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kaa bhojan gi-aan.
Spiritual wisdom is the nourishment of the God-conscious person.
ਰੱਬੀ- ਗਿਆਨ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੀ ਆਤਮਕ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀਦੀ ਖ਼ੁਰਾਕ (ਆਸਰਾ) ਹੈl
ਨਾਨਕ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਧਿਆਨੁ ॥੩॥
naanak barahm gi-aanee kaa barahm Dhi-aan. ||3||
O’ Nanak, the God-conscious person is absorbed in God’s meditation. ||3||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੀ ਸੁਰਤ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਏਕ ਊਪਰਿ ਆਸ ॥
barahm gi-aanee ayk oopar aas.
The God-conscious person centers his hopes on the One alone.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਇਕ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਉਤੇ ਆਸ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ;
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਨਹੀ ਬਿਨਾਸ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kaa nahee binaas.
High spiritual state of the God-conscious person never perishes.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ (ਦੀ ਉੱਚੀ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਵਸਥਾ) ਦਾ ਕਦੇ ਨਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਗਰੀਬੀ ਸਮਾਹਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kai gareebee samaahaa.
The God-conscious person is steeped in humility.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਭਿੰਨਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਪਰਉਪਕਾਰ ਉਮਾਹਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee par-upkaar omaahaa.
The God-conscious person always delightes in doing good to others.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ (ਸਦਾ) ਚਾਉ (ਚੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ) ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਧੰਧਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kai naahee DhanDhaa.
The God-conscious person has no worldly entanglements.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ (ਮਾਇਆ ਦਾ) ਜੰਜਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਿਆਪਦਾ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਲੇ ਧਾਵਤੁ ਬੰਧਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee lay Dhaavat banDhaa.
The God-conscious person holds his wandering mind under control.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਭਟਕਦੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਮਾਇਆ ਵਲੋਂ) ਰੋਕ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਹੋਇ ਸੁ ਭਲਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kai ho-ay so bhalaa.
For the God-conscious person whatever happens is all for good.
ਜੋ ਕੁਝ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵਲੋਂ) ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਭਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸੁਫਲ ਫਲਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee sufal falaa.
This way, the God-conscious person succeeds and prospers in all aspect of life.
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਜਨਮ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸੰਗਿ ਸਗਲ ਉਧਾਰੁ ॥
barahm gi-aanee sang sagal uDhaar.
In the Company of the God-conscious person, all are saved from vices.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਸਭ ਦਾ ਬੇੜਾ ਪਾਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਨਾਨਕ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਜਪੈ ਸਗਲ ਸੰਸਾਰੁ ॥੪॥
naanak barahm gi-aanee japai sagal sansaar. ||4||
O’ Nanak, through the God-conscious person, the entire world meditates on God.
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਾਰਾ ਜਗਤ (ਹੀ) (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ) ਜਪਣ ਲੱਗ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਏਕੈ ਰੰਗ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kai aikai rang.
The God-conscious person is always imbued with the love for God.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ (ਸਦਾ) ਇਕ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਦਾ ਪਿਆਰ (ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ) l
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਬਸੈ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸੰਗ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kai basai parabh sang.
God always dwells in the company of the God-conscious person.
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਗ-ਸੰਗ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਨਾਮੁ ਆਧਾਰੁ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kai naam aaDhaar.
God’s Name is the sustenance of the God-conscious person.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ) ਨਾਮ (ਹੀ) ਟੇਕ ਹੈ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਰਵਾਰੁ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kai naam parvaar.
For the God-conscious person Naam is his family.
ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦਾ ਪਰਵਾਰ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਦਾ ਸਦ ਜਾਗਤ ॥
barahm gi-aanee sadaa sad jaagat.
The God-conscious person always remains vigilant from the effects of vices.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਦਾ (ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਲੋਂ) ਸੁਚੇਤ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਅਹੰਬੁਧਿ ਤਿਆਗਤ ॥
barahm gi-aanee ahaN-buDh ti-aagat.
The God-conscious person renounces his egoistic thinking.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਅਹੰਕਾਰ ਵਾਲੀ ਮੱਤਿ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਮਨਿ ਪਰਮਾਨੰਦ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kai man parmaanand.
God, the source of supreme bliss, dwells in the mind of the God-conscious person.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਉੱਚੇ ਸੁਖ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਘਰਿ ਸਦਾ ਅਨੰਦ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kai ghar sadaa anand.
There is everlasting bliss in the heart of the God-conscious person.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ-ਰੂਪ ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਸਦਾ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀ ਖਿੜਾਓ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸੁਖ ਸਹਜ ਨਿਵਾਸ ॥
barahm gi-aanee sukh sahj nivaas.
The God-conscious person dwells in intuitive peace and poise.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ (ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿਚ) ਸੁਖ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ;
ਨਾਨਕ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਨਹੀ ਬਿਨਾਸ ॥੫॥
naanak barahm gi-aanee kaa nahee binaas. ||5||
O’ Nanak, the supreme spiritual state of the God-conscious person never perishes.||5||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ (ਦੀ ਇਸ ਉੱਚੀ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਵਸਥਾ) ਦਾ ਕਦੇ ਨਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ l
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਕਾ ਬੇਤਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee barahm kaa baytaa.
The God-conscious person knows God.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ (ਮਨੁੱਖ) ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਦਾ ਮਹਰਮ (ਜਾਣਨ ਵਾਲਾ),ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਏਕ ਸੰਗਿ ਹੇਤਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee ayk sang haytaa.
The God-conscious person is in love with the One alone.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਹੋਇ ਅਚਿੰਤ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kai ho-ay achint.
The God-conscious person is free from any worries.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ (ਸਦਾ) ਬੇਫ਼ਿਕਰੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਮੰਤ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kaa nirmal mant.
Pure are the teachings of the God-conscious person.
ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਜੋ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਜਿਸੁ ਕਰੈ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਆਪਿ ॥
barahm gi-aanee jis karai parabh aap.
The God-conscious person is made so by God Himself.
(ਉਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ) ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਪ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਬਡ ਪਰਤਾਪ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kaa bad partaap.
Great is the glory of the God-conscious person.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦਾ ਬੜਾ ਨਾਮਣਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਦਰਸੁ ਬਡਭਾਗੀ ਪਾਈਐ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kaa daras badbhaagee paa-ee-ai.
With great fortune one is blessed with the sight of the God-conscious person.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦਾ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਈਦਾ ਹੈ l
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਉ ਬਲਿ ਬਲਿ ਜਾਈਐ ॥
barahm gi-aanee ka-o bal bal jaa-ee-ai.
Let us dedicate ourself to the God-conscious person.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਤੋਂ ਸਦਾ ਸਦਕੇ ਜਾਈਏ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਉ ਖੋਜਹਿ ਮਹੇਸੁਰ ॥
barahm gi-aanee ka-o khojeh mahaysur.
Even gods like Lord Shiva search for the God-conscious person.
ਸ਼ਿਵ (ਆਦਿਕ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਭੀ) ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਲਦੇ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਹਨ;
ਨਾਨਕ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਆਪਿ ਪਰਮੇਸੁਰ ॥੬॥
naanak barahm gi-aanee aap parmaysur. ||6||
O’ Nanak, the God-conscious person is the manifestation of God Himself. ||6||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਆਪ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ (ਦਾ ਰੂਪ) ਹੈ
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੀ ਕੀਮਤਿ ਨਾਹਿ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kee keemat naahi.
The virtues of the God-conscious person are priceless.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ (ਦੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ) ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈ ਸਕਦਾ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਸਗਲ ਮਨ ਮਾਹਿ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kai sagal man maahi.
All possible virtues, exist in the God-conscious person.
ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ (ਗੁਣ) ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹਨ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਕਉਨ ਜਾਨੈ ਭੇਦੁ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kaa ka-un jaanai bhayd.
Who can know the mystery of virtuous life of the God-conscious person?
ਕੇਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ (ਦੀ ਉੱਚੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ) ਦਾ ਭੇਤ ਪਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ?
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਉ ਸਦਾ ਅਦੇਸੁ ॥
barahm gi-aanee ka-o sadaa adays.
Always bow with respect to the God-conscious person.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਸਦਾ ਨਿਊਣਾ ਹੀ (ਫੱਬਦਾ) ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਕਥਿਆ ਨ ਜਾਇ ਅਧਾਖ੍ਯ੍ਯਰੁ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kaa kathi-aa na jaa-ay aDhaakh-yar.
Not even a bit of the glory of the God-conscious person can be described.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ (ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ) ਦਾ ਅੱਧਾ ਅੱਖਰ ਭੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ;
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਰਬ ਕਾ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ॥
barahm gi-aanee sarab kaa thaakur.
The God-conscious person is worshipedby all.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਾਰੇ (ਜੀਵਾਂ) ਦਾ ਪੂਜ੍ਯ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੀ ਮਿਤਿ ਕਉਨੁ ਬਖਾਨੈ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kee mit ka-un bakhaanai.
Who can describe the extent of the God-conscious person’s virtues?
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ (ਦੀ ਉੱਚੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ) ਦਾ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾ ਕੌਣ ਲਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ?
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੀ ਗਤਿ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਜਾਨੈ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kee gat barahm gi-aanee jaanai.
Only a God-conscious person knows the high state of mind of a God-conscious.
ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ (ਉਸ ਵਰਗਾ) ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਹੀ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਅੰਤੁ ਨ ਪਾਰੁ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kaa ant na paar.
Limitless are the virtues of the God-conscious person.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਹੱਦ ਬੰਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ l
ਨਾਨਕ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਉ ਸਦਾ ਨਮਸਕਾਰੁ ॥੭॥
naanak barahm gi-aanee ka-o sadaa namaskaar. ||7||
O’ Nanak, always bow in reverence to the God-conscious person. ||7||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਸਦਾ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਪਿਆ ਰਹੁ
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਭ ਸ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਕਾ ਕਰਤਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee sabh sarisat kaa kartaa.
The God-conscious person is the Creator of all the entire creation.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਦਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਦ ਜੀਵੈ ਨਹੀ ਮਰਤਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee sad jeevai nahee martaa.
The God-conscious person lives forever, and does not die.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਦਾ ਹੀ ਜਿਊਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਦੇ (ਜਨਮ) ਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਜੀਅ ਕਾ ਦਾਤਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee mukat jugat jee-a kaa daataa.
The God-conscious person is the bestower of the way to achieve supreme spiritual state and liberation of the soul.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ (ਦੱਸਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਤੇ ਉੱਚੀ ਆਤਮਕ) ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਪੂਰਨ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਬਿਧਾਤਾ ॥
barahm gi-aanee pooran purakh biDhaataa.
The God-conscious person is the Perfect Supreme Being, who orchestrates all.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਪੂਰਨ ਪੁਰਖ ਤੇ ਕਾਦਰ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਅਨਾਥ ਕਾ ਨਾਥੁ ॥
barahm gi-aanee anaath kaa naath.
The God-conscious person is the protector of the unprotected.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਨਿਖ਼ਸਮਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਸਮ ਹੈ,
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਸਭ ਊਪਰਿ ਹਾਥੁ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kaa sabh oopar haath.
The God-conscious person extends his helping hand to all.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਭ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਸਗਲ ਅਕਾਰੁ ॥
barahm gi-aanee kaa sagal akaar.
The entire universe belongs to the God-conscious person.
ਸਾਰਾ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਜਗਤ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਗਿਆਨੀ ਦਾ (ਆਪਣਾ) ਹੈ,
