ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕਾਈ ਰੱਖ।
ਕਰਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਲਾਇ ਹਰਿ ਸਿਉ ਅਵਰ ਸਗਲ ਵਿਸਾਰਿ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
kar pareet man tan laa-ay har si-o avar sagal visaar. ||1|| rahaa-o.
Develop love for God with the full dedication of mind and body, and renounce all other worries. ||1||Pause||
ਮਨ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਤਨ ਲਾ ਕੇ (ਤਨੋਂ ਮਨੋਂ)ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ (ਚਿੰਤਾ-ਫ਼ਿਕਰ) ਭੁਲਾ ਦੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਜੀਉ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੇ ਤੂ ਆਪਨ ਆਪੁ ਨਿਵਾਰਿ ॥
jee-o man tan paraan parabh kay too aapan aap nivaar.
This mind, body and breath of life are all blessings from God; therefore, relinquish your self-conceit.
ਇਹ ਜਿੰਦ, ਇਹ ਮਨ, ਇਹ ਸਰੀਰ, ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ-(ਸਭ ਕੁਝ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ,ਤੂੰ ਆਪਾ-ਭਾਵ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ।
ਗੋਵਿਦ ਭਜੁ ਸਭਿ ਸੁਆਰਥ ਪੂਰੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਬਹੁ ਨ ਹਾਰਿ ॥੨॥੪॥੨੭॥
govid bhaj sabh su-aarath pooray naanak kabahu na haar. ||2||4||27||
O’ Nanak, meditate on God with loving devotion; all your objectives would be accomplished, and you would never lose the game of life. ||2||4||27||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ ਕਰਿਆ ਕਰ, ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ, ਤੇ, ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਜਨਮ ਦੀ ਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਾਰੇਂਗਾ ॥੨॥੪॥੨੭॥

Raag Maaroo, Fifth Guru:
ਤਜਿ ਆਪੁ ਬਿਨਸੀ ਤਾਪੁ ਰੇਣ ਸਾਧੂ ਥੀਉ ॥
taj aap binsee taap rayn saaDhoo thee-o.
Relinquish your self-conceit and humbly follow the Guru’s teachings, all your sorrows and agony will vanish.
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਆਪਾ-ਭਾਵ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਹ, ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਚਰਨ-ਧੂੜ ਬਣ ਜਾ, ਤੇਰਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਦੁੱਖ-ਕਲੇਸ਼ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਇਗਾ।
ਤਿਸਹਿ ਪਰਾਪਤਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਕਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਜਿਸੁ ਦੀਉ ॥੧॥
tiseh paraapat naam tayraa kar kirpaa jis dee-o. ||1||
O’ God, he alone receives the wealth of Your Name, upon whom you bestow mercy and bless this gift of Naam. ||1||
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੧॥
ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਮੁ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਪੀਉ ॥
mayray man naam amrit pee-o.
O’ my mind, always drink the ambrosial nectar of Naam,
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ-ਜਲ ਪੀਆ ਕਰ,
ਆਨ ਸਾਦ ਬਿਸਾਰਿ ਹੋਛੇ ਅਮਰੁ ਜੁਗੁ ਜੁਗੁ ਜੀਉ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
aan saad bisaar hochhay amar jug jug jee-o. ||1|| rahaa-o.
renounce all other shallow tastes of false worldly pleasures and live spiritual life forever. ||1||Pause||
ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ (ਮਾਇਕ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੇ) ਨਾਸਵੰਤ ਚਸਕੇ ਭੁਲਾ ਕੇ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਅਟੱਲ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਗੁਜ਼ਾਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਨਾਮੁ ਇਕ ਰਸ ਰੰਗ ਨਾਮਾ ਨਾਮਿ ਲਾਗੀ ਲੀਉ ॥
naam ik ras rang naamaa naam laagee lee-o.
O’ my friends, the one who is imbued with the love of God’s Name, continually enjoys the relish of reciting Naam.
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੂੱਖ ਦੀ ਲਿਵ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਚ ਲਗੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਇਕ ਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਦਾ ਹੈ l
ਮੀਤੁ ਸਾਜਨੁ ਸਖਾ ਬੰਧਪੁ ਹਰਿ ਏਕੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਕੀਉ ॥੨॥੫॥੨੮॥
meet saajan sakhaa banDhap har ayk naanak kee-o. ||2||5||28||
O’ Nanak, such a person considers God as his friend, companion, and a relative. ||2||5||28||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੱਜਣ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਸਨਬੰਧੀ ਬਣਾ ਲਿਆ ॥੨॥੫॥੨੮॥

ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲਿ ਮਾਤਾ ਉਦਰਿ ਰਾਖੈ ਲਗਨਿ ਦੇਤ ਨ ਸੇਕ ॥
partipaal maataa udar raakhai lagan dayt na sayk.
God nourishes and protects mortals in the womb of the mother, so the fiery heat does not afflict them.
ਹੇ ਮਨ! ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਬਚਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਪੇਟ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਦਾ) ਸੇਕ ਲੱਗਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਂਦਾ।
ਸੋਈ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਈਹਾ ਰਾਖੈ ਬੂਝੁ ਬੁਧਿ ਬਿਬੇਕ ॥੧॥
so-ee su-aamee eehaa raakhai boojh buDh bibayk. ||1||
O’ my friends, understand this with your discerning wisdom that the same Master-God nourishes and protects the mortals in this world also. ||1||
ਉਹੀ ਮਾਲਕ ਇਸ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਭੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਖ ਦੀ ਬੁੱਧੀ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ (ਸੱਚਾਈ) ਸਮਝ ਲੈ ॥੧॥
ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਮ ਕੀ ਕਰਿ ਟੇਕ ॥
mayray man naam kee kar tayk.
O’ my mind, always seek the refuge of God’s Name.
ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! (ਸਦਾ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲੈ।
ਤਿਸਹਿ ਬੂਝੁ ਜਿਨਿ ਤੂ ਕੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਕਰਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਏਕ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
tiseh boojh jin too kee-aa parabh karan kaaran ayk. ||1|| rahaa-o.
You must realize that God who has created you, is also the creator of the entire creation. ||1||Pause||
ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ (ਸਹਾਰਾ) ਸਮਝ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਹੇ ਮਨ! ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਚੇਤਿ ਮਨ ਮਹਿ ਤਜਿ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਛੋਡਿ ਸਗਲੇ ਭੇਖ ॥
chayt man meh taj si-aanap chhod saglay bhaykh.
Shedding your shrewdness, renounce all ritualistic garbs, and always lovingly remember God in your mind.
ਚਤੁਰਾਈਆਂ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ (ਵਿਖਾਵੇ ਦੇ) ਸਾਰੇ (ਧਾਰਮਿਕ) ਪਹਿਰਾਵੇ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹੁ।
ਸਿਮਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਦਾ ਨਾਨਕ ਤਰੇ ਕਈ ਅਨੇਕ ॥੨॥੬॥੨੯॥
simar har har sadaa naanak taray ka-ee anayk. ||2||6||29||
O’ Nanak, by always remembering God with passion and love, many have been able to cross over the world-ocean of vices. ||2||6||29||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਜੀਵ ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘਦੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ॥੨॥੬॥੨੯॥

ਪਤਿਤ ਪਾਵਨ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਾ ਕੋ ਅਨਾਥ ਕੋ ਹੈ ਨਾਥੁ ॥
patit paavan naam jaa ko anaath ko hai naath.
God, whose Naam is purifier of the sinners, and support of the oppressed,
ਜਿਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਪਾਪੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰਨ-ਜੋਗ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਨਿਖਸਮਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਖਸਮ ਹੈ,
ਮਹਾ ਭਉਜਲ ਮਾਹਿ ਤੁਲਹੋ ਜਾ ਕੋ ਲਿਖਿਓ ਮਾਥ ॥੧॥
mahaa bha-ojal maahi tulho jaa ko likhi-o maath. ||1||
is like a ship to ferry across the vast world-ocean of vices for those who are preordained. ||1||
ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਇਸ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿਚ (ਜੀਵਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ) ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਹੈ। (ਪਰ ਇਹ ਉਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ) ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਉਤੇ (ਮਿਲਾਪ ਦਾ ਲੇਖ) ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਡੂਬੇ ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨੁ ਘਨ ਸਾਥ ॥
doobay naam bin ghan saath.
Without Naam, the vast number of people have drowned in this worldly ocean of vices,
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਪੂਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੂਰ (ਇਸ ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿਚ) ਡੁੱਬ ਗਏ ਹਨ,
ਕਰਣ ਕਾਰਣੁ ਚਿਤਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਦੇ ਕਰਿ ਰਾਖੈ ਹਾਥ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
karan kaaran chit na aavai day kar raakhai haath. ||1|| rahaa-o..
because they did not remember God who saves the creatures by His grace.
ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਗਤ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ) ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੱਸਦਾ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ (ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ) ਹੱਥ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਬਚਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਗੁਣ ਉਚਾਰਣ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਪਾਥ ॥
saaDhsangat gun uchaaran har naam amrit paath.
Singing the glorious praises of God in the company of saints is the only path leading to spiritual rejuvenation.
ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ (ਟਿਕ ਕੇ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਉੱਚਾਰਦੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ-ਇਹੀ ਹੈ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਰਸਤਾ।
ਕਰਹੁ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਮੁਰਾਰਿ ਮਾਧਉ ਸੁਣਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਜੀਵੈ ਗਾਥ ॥੨॥੭॥੩੦॥
karahu kirpaa muraar maaDha-o sun naanak jeevai gaath. ||2||7||30||
O’ Nanak! say, O’ God! please shower Your mercy so that Your devotee may live a spiritual life by listening to your eternal discourse.
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਹੇ ਮੁਰਾਰੀ! ਹੇ ਮਾਧੋ! ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ (ਤਾ ਕਿ ਤੇਰਾ ਦਾਸ ਤੇਰੀ) ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹੇ ॥੨॥੭॥੩੦॥

One eternal God, realized by the grace of the True Guru:
ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੰਜੋਗੁ ਵਿਜੋਗੁ ਧੁਰਹੁ ਹੀ ਹੂਆ ॥
sanjog vijog Dharahu hee hoo-aa.
Union and separation between the soul and the body are pre-ordained by God.
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! (ਜਿੰਦ ਤੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਦਾ) ਮਿਲਾਪ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਛੋੜਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਰਜ਼ਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪੰਚ ਧਾਤੁ ਕਰਿ ਪੁਤਲਾ ਕੀਆ ॥
panch Dhaat kar putlaa kee-aa.
By combining the five elements (air, water, fire, earth and ether), God has created the body,
(ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ) ਪੰਜ ਤੱਤ (ਇਕੱਠੇ) ਕਰ ਕੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਸਾਹੈ ਕੈ ਫੁਰਮਾਇਅੜੈ ਜੀ ਦੇਹੀ ਵਿਚਿ ਜੀਉ ਆਇ ਪਇਆ ॥੧॥
saahai kai furmaa-i-arhai jee dayhee vich jee-o aa-ay pa-i-aa. ||1||
and then as per the command of the Master-God, the soul comes and resides in the body. ||1||
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਜੀਵਾਤਮਾ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਟਿਕਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਜਿਥੈ ਅਗਨਿ ਭਖੈ ਭੜਹਾਰੇ ॥ ਊਰਧ ਮੁਖ ਮਹਾ ਗੁਬਾਰੇ ॥
jithai agan bhakhai bharhhaaray.ooraDh mukh mahaa gubaaray.
In the mother’s womb, where fire rages virulently and the body hangs upside down in pitch darkness,
ਜਿੱਥੇ (ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੇਟ ਵਿਚ ਪੇਟ ਦੀ) ਅੱਗ ਬੜੀ ਭਖਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਜੀਵ ਉਲਟੇ-ਮੂੰਹ ਪਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸਾਸਿ ਸਾਸਿ ਸਮਾਲੇ ਸੋਈ ਓਥੈ ਖਸਮਿ ਛਡਾਇ ਲਇਆ ॥੨॥
saas saas samaalay so-ee othai khasam chhadaa-ay la-i-aa. ||2||
the mortal remembers God with each and every breath and in there the Master-God keeps it safe. ||2||
ਜੀਵ (ਉਥੇ ਆਪਣੇ) ਹਰੇਕ ਸਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਥਾਂ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਜੀਵ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਇਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
ਵਿਚਹੁ ਗਰਭੈ ਨਿਕਲਿ ਆਇਆ ॥
vichahu garbhai nikal aa-i-aa.
But, once one comes out of the womb (takes birth),
ਜਦੋਂ ਜੀਵ ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੇਟ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਖਸਮੁ ਵਿਸਾਰਿ ਦੁਨੀ ਚਿਤੁ ਲਾਇਆ ॥
khasam visaar dunee chit laa-i-aa.
then forsaking the Master-God, he attunes his mind to the worldly attachments.
ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਭੁਲਾ ਕੇ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਚਿੱਤ ਜੋੜ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਆਵੈ ਜਾਇ ਭਵਾਈਐ ਜੋਨੀ ਰਹਣੁ ਨ ਕਿਤਹੀ ਥਾਇ ਭਇਆ ॥੩॥
aavai jaa-ay bhavaa-ee-ai jonee rahan na kithee thaa-ay bha-i-aa. ||3||
(Forsaking God) he wanders through myriads of incarnations and the cycle of birth and death; he does not remain at any place forever. ||3||
(ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸਾਰਨ ਕਰਕੇ) ਜੰਮਣ ਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿਚ (ਜੀਵ) ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੂਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਥਾਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਟਿਕਾਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦਾ ॥੩॥
ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨਿ ਰਖਿ ਲਇਅਨੁ ਆਪੇ ॥
miharvaan rakh la-i-an aapay.
The merciful God, on His own, has liberated many beings (from the cycle of birth and death).
ਉਸ ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਨੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ (ਜੀਵ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਗੇੜ ਤੋਂ) ਬਚਾਏ ਹਨ।
ਜੀਅ ਜੰਤ ਸਭਿ ਤਿਸ ਕੇ ਥਾਪੇ ॥
jee-a jant sabh tis kay thaapay.
All beings and creatures are created by God alone.
ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵ ਉਸ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ) ਦੇ ਹੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
ਜਨਮੁ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਜਿਣਿ ਚਲਿਆ ਨਾਨਕ ਆਇਆ ਸੋ ਪਰਵਾਣੁ ਥਿਆ ॥੪॥੧॥੩੧॥
janam padaarath jin chali-aa naanak aa-i-aa so parvaan thi-aa. ||4||1||31||
O’ Nanak, the one who departs from here after winning the purpose of this priceless human life, his advent into the world is approved. ||4||1||31||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ) ਇਸ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਜਨਮ (ਦੀ ਬਾਜ਼ੀ) ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਇਥੋਂ ਤੁਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਇਸ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਆਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਹਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਬੂਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੪॥੧॥੩੧॥
