Raag Nat, Fifth Guru:
ਹਉ ਵਾਰਿ ਵਾਰਿ ਜਾਉ ਗੁਰ ਗੋਪਾਲ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ha-o vaar vaar jaa-o gur gopaal. ||1|| rahaa-o.
O’ the divine-Guru, the sustainer of earth, I am forever dedicated to You.
ਹੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਲਣਹਾਰ! ਮੈਂ (ਤੈਥੋਂ) ਸਦਕੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਮੋਹਿ ਨਿਰਗੁਨ ਤੁਮ ਪੂਰਨ ਦਾਤੇ ਦੀਨਾ ਨਾਥ ਦਇਆਲ ॥੧॥
mohi nirgun tum pooran daatay deenaa naath da-i-aal. ||1||
O’ Merciful Master of the oppressed, I am virtueless but You are the perfect benefactor. ||1||
ਹੇ ਦੀਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਥ! ਹੇ ਦਇਆ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੈਂ ਗੁਣ-ਹੀਨ ਹਾਂ, ਤੂੰ ਸਭ ਦਾਤਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੧॥
ਊਠਤ ਬੈਠਤ ਸੋਵਤ ਜਾਗਤ ਜੀਅ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਧਨ ਮਾਲ ॥੨॥
oothat baithat sovat jaagat jee-a paraan Dhan maal. ||2||
O’ God, in every possible situation, You alone are the support of my life, wealth, and possessions. ||2||
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਉਠਦਿਆਂ ਬੈਠਦਿਆਂ ਸੁੱਤਿਆਂ ਜਾਗਦਿਆਂ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦ ਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੨॥
ਦਰਸਨ ਪਿਆਸ ਬਹੁਤੁ ਮਨਿ ਮੇਰੈ ਨਾਨਕ ਦਰਸ ਨਿਹਾਲ ॥੩॥੮॥੯॥
darsan pi-aas bahut man mayrai naanak daras nihaal. ||3||8||9||
O’ Nanak! Say, O’ God! my mind is profoundly craving for Your blessed vision, grant me your blessed vision. ||3||8||9||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਆਖ, ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਤੇਰੇ ਦਰਸਨ ਦੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਤਾਂਘ ਹੈ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਨ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਕਰ ॥੩॥੮॥੯॥

Raag Nat, Partaal, Fifth Guru:
ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥
ik-oNkaar satgur parsaad.
One eternal God, realized by the grace Of the true Guru:
ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਕੋਊ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੋ ਸਾਜਨੁ ਮੀਤੁ ॥
ko-oo hai mayro saajan meet.
Rarely I come across a friend or companion of mine,
ਕੋਈ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਹੀ (ਲੱਭਦਾ) ਹੈ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਸੱਜਣ ਮਿੱਤਰ,
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਸੁਨਾਵੈ ਨੀਤ ॥
har naam sunaavai neet.
who may always recite God’s Name to me,
ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਦਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਣਾਂਦਾ ਰਹੇ,
ਬਿਨਸੈ ਦੁਖੁ ਬਿਪਰੀਤਿ ॥
binsai dukh bipreet.
so that all my pain and evil intellect may vanish.
ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਭੈੜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਦਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਏ।
ਸਭੁ ਅਰਪਉ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਚੀਤੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
sabh arpa-o man tan cheet. ||1|| rahaa-o.
I would surrender my mind, body, consciousness and everything to such a friend. ||1||Pause||
(ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ ਸੁਣਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਸੱਜਣ ਮਿਲ ਪਏ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ) ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਮਨ ਆਪਣਾ ਤਨ ਆਪਣਾ ਚਿੱਤ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਸਦਕੇ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਕੋਈ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਆਪਨ ਕੀਤ ॥
ko-ee virlaa aapan keet.
One rarely finds a person, whom God has made His own,
ਕੋਈ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਹੀ (ਲੱਭਦਾ) ਹੈ (ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ) ਆਪਣਾ ਬਣਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਸੰਗਿ ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਮਨੁ ਸੀਤ ॥
sang charan kamal man seet.
and whose mind is attached to the immaculate Name of God,
ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣਾ ਮਨ ਜੋੜ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਦੀਤ ॥੧॥
kar kirpaa har jas deet. ||1||
and granting His grace, God has blessed him with His praises. ||1|
ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ (ਦੀ ਦਾਤਿ) ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਹਰਿ ਭਜਿ ਜਨਮੁ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਜੀਤ ॥
har bhaj janam padaarath jeet.
One can make the precious human life successful by meditating on God’s Name,
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪ ਕੇ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਜਨਮ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਬਣਾ ਲਈਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਕੋਟਿ ਪਤਿਤ ਹੋਹਿ ਪੁਨੀਤ ॥
kot patit hohi puneet.
and millions of sinners are purified.
(ਨਾਮ ਜਪ ਕੇ) ਕ੍ਰੋੜਾਂ ਵਿਕਾਰੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਸ ਬਲਿ ਬਲਿ ਕੀਤ ॥੨॥੧॥੧੦॥੧੯॥
naanak daas bal bal keet. ||2||1||10||19||
O’ Nanak! I dedicate myself to such a devotee. ||2||1||10||19||
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਨਾਮ ਜਪਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ) ਦਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਕੇ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ॥੨॥੧॥੧੦॥੧੯॥

ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥

One eternal God, realized by the grace of the true Guru.
ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਰਾਮ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਧਾਰੇ ॥
raam mayray man tan naam aDhaaray.
O’ God! Your Name is the support for my mind and body.
ਹੇ ਰਾਮ! ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਤਨ ਵਿਚ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੈ
ਖਿਨੁ ਪਲੁ ਰਹਿ ਨ ਸਕਉ ਬਿਨੁ ਸੇਵਾ ਮੈ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਾਰੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
khin pal reh na saka-o bin sayvaa mai gurmat naam samHaaray. ||1|| rahaa-o.
I cannot spiritually survive even for a moment without Your devotional worship; I enshrine Your Name in my heart by following the Guru’s teachings . ||1||Pause||
ਤੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ-ਭਗਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਮੈਂ ਇਕ ਖਿਨ ਇਕ ਪਲ ਭਰ ਭੀ ਰਹਿ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ। ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪੈ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਵਸਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਧਿਆਵਹੁ ਮੈ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਿਆਰੇ ॥
har har har har har man Dhi-aavahu mai har har naam pi-aaray.
You too should always meditate on God’s Name; only God’s Name is dear to me.
ਤੁਸੀ ਭੀ ਸਦਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਧਰਿਆ ਕਰੋ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਦੀਨ ਦਇਆਲ ਭਏ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਸਵਾਰੇ ॥੧॥
deen da-i-aal bha-ay parabh thaakur gur kai sabad savaaray. ||1||
Those oppressed ones upon whom, my Master-God bestows mercy, adorn their lives through the Guru’s word. ||1||
ਠਾਕੁਰ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੰਗਾਲਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਭੀ ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥
ਮਧਸੂਦਨ ਜਗਜੀਵਨ ਮਾਧੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਅਗਮ ਅਪਾਰੇ ॥
maDhsoodan jagjeevan maaDho mayray thaakur agam apaaray.
O’ God, the life of the universe, O’ my incomprehensible and infinite God!
ਹੇ ਮਧ ਸੂਦਨ! ਹੇ ਜਗ ਜੀਵਨ! ਹੇ ਮਾਧੋ! ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਠਾਕੁਰ! ਹੇ ਅਪਹੁੰਚ! ਹੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ!
ਇਕ ਬਿਨਉ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਉ ਗੁਰ ਆਗੈ ਮੈ ਸਾਧੂ ਚਰਨ ਪਖਾਰੇ ॥੨॥
ik bin-o bayntee kara-o gur aagai mai saaDhoo charan pakhaaray. ||2||
I offer this prayer to the Divine-Guru to bless me that I may humbly follow the Guru’s teachings. ||2||
ਮੈਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਪਾਸ ਸਦਾ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨ ਹੀ ਧੋਂਦਾ ਰਹਾਂ ॥੨॥
ਸਹਸ ਨੇਤ੍ਰ ਨੇਤ੍ਰ ਹੈ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਉ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਏਕੋ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨਿਰਾਰੇ ॥
sahas naytar naytar hai parabh ka-o parabh ayko purakh niraaray.
Thousands are the eyes of God, yet the all pervading God remains detached.
(ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ) ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਹੀ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਹਨ, (ਫਿਰ ਭੀ) ਉਹ ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਸਦਾ ਨਿਰਲੇਪ ਹੈ।
ਸਹਸ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਏਕੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਏਕੋ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਤਾਰੇ ॥੩॥
sahas moorat ayko parabh thaakur parabh ayko gurmat taaray. ||3||
The unique Master-God has thousands of forms; Yet it is God alone who saves the mortals through the Guru’s teachings. ||3||
ਉਹ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਫਿਰ ਭੀ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਰਗਾ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਮੱਤ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੩॥
ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦਮੋਦਰੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਉਰਿ ਧਾਰੇ ॥
gurmat naam damodar paa-i-aa har har naam ur Dhaaray.
Following the Guru’s teachings, the one who has been blessed with God’s Name, keeps it enshrined in the heart.
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਮੱਤ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ, ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਵਸਾਈ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਕਥਾ ਬਨੀ ਅਤਿ ਮੀਠੀ ਜਿਉ ਗੂੰਗਾ ਗਟਕ ਸਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਾਰੇ ॥੪॥
har har kathaa banee at meethee ji-o goongaa gatak samHaaray. ||4||
God’s praises are exceedingly sweet, one can relish but find it hard to describe; just like a mute can gulp in a delicious drink but can’t express its taste. ||4||
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਿੱਠੀ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਸੰਭਾਲੀ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ (ਪਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ,) ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਗੁੰਗਾ (ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ਰਬਤ ਆਦਿਕ) ਬੜੇ ਸੁਆਦ ਨਾਲ ਪੀਂਦਾ ਹੈ (ਤੇ, ਸੁਆਦ ਦੱਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ) ॥੪॥
ਰਸਨਾ ਸਾਦ ਚਖੈ ਭਾਇ ਦੂਜੈ ਅਤਿ ਫੀਕੇ ਲੋਭ ਬਿਕਾਰੇ ॥
rasnaa saad chakhai bhaa-ay doojai at feekay lobh bikaaray.
One whose tongue savors the taste of the love of duality, remains entangled in the insipid relishes of vices and greed.
ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਜੀਭ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ (ਹੋਰ ਹੋਰ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੇ) ਸੁਆਦ ਚੱਖਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਲੋਭ ਆਦਿਕ ਅੱਤ ਫਿੱਕੇ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਫਸਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਜੋ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸਾਦ ਚਖਹਿ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮਾ ਸਭ ਅਨ ਰਸ ਸਾਦ ਬਿਸਾਰੇ ॥੫॥
jo gurmukh saad chakheh raam naamaa sabh an ras saad bisaaray. ||5||
Those Guru’s follower who always enjoy the taste of Naam, they forsake all other worldly enjoyments. ||5||
ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਹੋਰ ਹੋਰ ਰਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਆਦ ਭੁਲਾ ਦੇਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੫॥
ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਨੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਸੁਣਿ ਕਹਤਿਆ ਪਾਪ ਨਿਵਾਰੇ ॥
gurmat raam naam Dhan paa-i-aa sun kehti-aa paap nivaaray.
Through Guru’s teachings, those who have received the wealth of Naam, they eradicate their sins by listening to and reciting God’s Name.
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਮੱਤ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ-ਧਨ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਤੇ ਉਚਾਰ ਕੇ ਪਾਪ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਧਰਮ ਰਾਇ ਜਮੁ ਨੇੜਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਮੇਰੇ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਕੇ ਜਨ ਪਿਆਰੇ ॥੬॥
Dharam raa-ay jam nayrh na aavai mayray thaakur kay jan pi-aaray. ||6||
Such devotees of my God become fearless and even the judge of righteousness or any of his demon does not dare to come near them. ||6||
ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਧਰਮਰਾਜ ਜਾਂ (ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ) ਜਮ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਢੁਕਦਾ ॥੬॥
ਸਾਸ ਸਾਸ ਸਾਸ ਹੈ ਜੇਤੇ ਮੈ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਾਰੇ ॥
saas saas saas hai jaytay mai gurmat naam samHaaray.
With as many breaths as I have, I recite Naam following the Guru’s teachings.
ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਜਿਤਨੇ ਭੀ ਸਾਹ ਹਨ (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ) ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਮੱਤ ਦੇ ਆਸਰੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
ਸਾਸੁ ਸਾਸੁ ਜਾਇ ਨਾਮੈ ਬਿਨੁ ਸੋ ਬਿਰਥਾ ਸਾਸੁ ਬਿਕਾਰੇ ॥੭॥
saas saas jaa-ay naamai bin so birthaa saas bikaaray. ||7||
Every breath that goes without Naam, is rendered useless and worthless. ||7||
ਜਿਹੜਾ ਇੱਕ ਭੀ ਸਾਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸਾਹ ਵਿਅਰਥ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਬੇ-ਕਾਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੭॥
ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਿ ਦੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸਰਨੀ ਮੋ ਕਉ ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਮੇਲਿ ਪਿਆਰੇ ॥
kirpaa kirpaa kar deen parabh sarnee mo ka-o har jan mayl pi-aaray.
O’ God, bestow mercy, I seek Your refuge; please unite me with Your beloved devotees.
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੈਂ ਦੀਨ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਰਨ ਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ, ਮੇਰੇ ਉਤੇ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਭਗਤ ਮਿਲਾ।
